First I wanna start with their customer service which I have to say I LOVED. Dr.Neil was GREAT very knowledgeable, empathetic when he gave us the terminal diagnosis on our kitty. He said for supplemental care we would need to do an antibiotic shot weekly. Since the shot it self was $75 I was gonna do some shopping around no harm or so I thought. In reseaching the shot I not only found that this WEEKLY shot was good for 2 WEEKS but that possible side effects could actually make his condition worse and shorten the time we had left together. I of course know I didnt go to vet school so I checked with other vets to confirm this. ITS WAS SO NICE TO FIND OUT THEY WOULDNT LOSE ANY SLEEP AT NIGHT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MAKING MY ANIMAL MORE SICK.

One thing that i just have to say, I am a new puppy owner and called around to price the vets. I heard from many people that the Hilltop was the most expensive, but then when I called around- you get a great value for the prices. Most places didnt really give too many shots for first check up or have things included in the price- (which i already have, things that you kinda need right away with a new puppy)- and they could obviously lower their prices by taking a lot of that stuff out- but the Hilltop is great with the number of shots and what all is included for the first check up at a great price!

I cant believe how ridicously overpriced this clinic is that came so highly recommended. I dont know what is wrong with the people here, but these vets have done a horrible job with my animals and charge a ridiculous amount everytime. Now, I have a dead pet, thanks to them. I cant tell you how disappointed I am with the lack of service and care I received from these quacks. I am going to try to convert anyone I know to another vet in town. Maybe if they start losing business, they will do a decent job and charge a fair price. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD!!!!

Was told they gave my cat all of her vaccinations as far as records then when I took her to another vet turns out they actually never gave her the rabies shot, which you have to do by law. I was so upset. Add on the facts that they couldnt figure out my cat was a girl and they mixed the records of a kitten and a full grown Maine coon, I wont be back.

We took our service dog nug to hilltop because our other vet would not work with us thay took him in did what thay needed to got our little man back to his self now he needs 3 teeth pulled thay are working with us we paid them off in few payments and thay are verry kind to our dog ty to everyone who works there

Best pet care services I have found, incredible staff and very knowledgeable. Amazing prices. Love it here. I have been a customer for 3 years and have never had any issues. Currently we take both our dogs and cats to hilltop.

Got my cat groomed here a few years ago. Hes long haired so he got a lion style haircut lol. it looked so cute, very happy with results. A little pricey but overall good customer service and the employees there adored him

Kearney Nebraska now has the best Dr in the world in their town. Dr Abreu and Dr Beebot are wonderful. We had Dr Abreu as our vet for two years and love her dearly.
