On yesterday morning, I was scheduled to receive fillings at 9:20 a.m. When I arrived at the office, I signed in and asked the receptionist if I could ask a quick question. Background: I had been in the office the previous Thursday for a cleaning which was my third service since October. On that same visit, I was supposed to receive the fillings but Dr. Kiser had asked that I reschedule that service because another patient had an emergency situation that she needed to attend to, so I only had my teeth cleaned. When I stopped at the receptionists desk to checkout, I was informed that my last service on November 2nd had not been paid for by BCBS. I was told that my balance was $355. The ladies at the front desk and I were baffled as to why BCBS had not paid and they gave me the necessary documents that I would need when I called the company. They were very nice and even suggested other dental insurance that might provide me with better service. Our conversation was very jovial and lighthearted and I was pleased with how nicely they handled the situation. I paid my bill for the cleaning I had just received and left the premises. After calling BCBS, I called Kisers office on this past Tuesday. I let the receptionist know that BCBS had only paid for half of my deep cleaning which was done in October bc they only pay for that service once every three years. I had had one side of my mouth done in April 2014 and had not gotten the other side done. In Oct. 2016, when I got the one side of my mouth cleaned, they paid their 80%, but could not pay in November for the other side according to their frequency of service policy. I asked if Kiser had a payment plan and was told that she did not but if I would pay on the bill, Kiser would not send the bill to collections. I then asked if I needed to cancel my fillings coming up on Thursday since she requires a 48-hr notice and I was told that Kiser would not cancel my appointment. I was told to pay $186 for my fillings and $50 towards my bill. She assured me that she would talk to Kiser, so I agreed that I would pay for my fillings and $50 towards the $355. Back to yesterdays event: So, when I signed in, I asked the receptionist whether Kiser gave $50 credits when she had to cancel a service. I thought that maybe she would since she required a 48-hr notice for patients to cancel. Another receptionist, replied that she did not know and that I should ask Kiser when O went back. I said, Ok, and took a seat. About 30 minutes later, Kiser and the office personnel who had told ne to ask her came out. Kiser sat in a chair to my left and the office personnel stood on my right. Kiser said to me, "So, I hear you are having problems with the office staff and you dont want to pay your bill." I looked at her bewildered and then looked at the woman who works for her. I was baffled. I then told her that I did not know what she was talking about. I began to try to explain the situation above. Kiser said she would not provide the service of filling my teeth if I did not pay my bill. She expressed that my balance was my insurance companys fault, not hers. She then said that she heard that I wanted credit for having to reschedule my appointment. I told her that I just asked her receptionist and was told to ask her when I went back. Several times, she proceeded to say to me, "Are you serious? Her hands were up and shaking. I said, "I must be in the twilight zone," because I was so shocked by how crass, accusatory, and confrontational demeanor. I asked her why she was talking to me that way and told her that I had no problem paying my bill. I had paid my bill every time I had receivedservice and was there to do the same. I had simply asked her receptionist if cressdits were giv en because I was not notified until I arrived that I would not receive that I could only get a cleaning. It was just a question. Kiser told me that she was no longer going to serve me and that I should go somewhere else and walked off just like that, disappearing behind the door. ....Bizarre. Disrespectful. Inhumane.

Kaiser and staff are fantastic. During my first appointment with her she raised some health concerns and did all sorts of checks-- something my doctor wasnt doing. Because of her I was able to get more opinions from different doctors and specialists and find out a major health problem. Kaiser remembers every visit and every patient, everyone in the office is so wonderful and kind and helpful. If youre looking for a dentist, look no further.

I have always enjoyed my visits to Dr. Kiser s office... everyone continues to be professional, yet personable. Last year I had to get my first Crown and was treated like a king. My comfort was their priority. If you like exceptional dental services from friendly people, then Dr. Kisers office is for you. If you like to be yelled at and treated poorly, then try somewhere else, cause youll be disappointed.

I have been going to Dr. Kisers practice for over a year now. I have found her and her staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. They have been able to attend to any issues that I have had and have given me good advice for the continued care for my teeth. I would highly recommend her service to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

The staff are rude. They treated my mother like they were hard up on money. I couldnt undestand why a doctor would tell a customer they were upset with them personally for cancelling an appointment and then attempted to embarrass her in front of other clients. Epic fail, we have to write reviews to get these bad companies off the market. Geesh.

She is so gentle and efficient at dentistry as well as a loving person. She goes beyond the job at hand. I mentioned my ear was bothering me and she called and made an appointment at her ear specialist for me. A no- nonsense person with lots of common sense, which is uncommon these days.

Terrible experience: I was there 2 hours just to get xrays. Dr. Kiser called in her entire staff to stand over me before sending me home without help or answers, only "Ill call you back". She never called and I never received any help.
