I have been going to Dr. Osborne for well over 20 years -- and he is one of the kindest, gentlest and most honest doctors that I have ever encountered. I never needed fillings over the course of my care with Dr. Osborne because he always gave me the (less expensive) option of sealants to prevent my teeth from getting cavities. To date, I still have never needed crowns or fillings because Dr. Osborne taught me how to care for my teeth in a way that prevents cavities. Recently, I had some minor cosmetic work done with Dr. Osborne and I can say he is a perfectionist. My teeth look gorgeous and I feel confident that Dr. O would not have rested until I had a beautiful and real looking smile. So many cosmetic dentists out there give you fake looking teeth, but he does a really great job of making everything look very natural. There was one bad review here for Dr. O and I feel like it was completely unjustified. He really does care about his patients and his technique is unparalled. You would have a hard time finding a doctor that does a more meticulous job. Rest assured -- my 20 years with Dr. O have been wonderful. A great dentist!!

When I moved from Atlanta to Greensboro I looked at several dental practices and was totally disappointed moving from one to the next one. Finally I found Dr. Farless practice and...Voila! The support staff is very professional and courteous. Always trying their best to assist you. Dr. Farless repaired a broken dental bridge with state of the art equipment in one day! He created a 3D model of my tooth with a perfect fit like they do in modern factories with consumer products. No need to sand or rework the replacement cap like years ago. I did not have to come several times like in the past to fit and install. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent. I highly recommend this practice for regular dental maintenance or major restorative procedures.

When my ten year old had an emergency Dr. Farless did a wonderful job with pulling a tooth that had an abscess. Even though we have a 45 minute drive to his office my son requested that we continue to see Dr. Farless for our dental care. Dr. Farless is gentle and has treated us like family. He has a wonderful staff as well. They deserve five gold stars! We will continue to commute to his office because of the fabulous service we get. If you are looking for a great dentist for the whole family I would definitely recommend calling Dr. Farless!
