Made an appointment on one day. Confirmed. they called later saying they need to move my appointment because doctor is on conference. No problem move it to another day. Come in on scheduled time 15 minites prior. All i wanted is just cleaning, however they overscheduled themselves and did not have enough cleaners so I sat in the chair for 45 minutes waiting for the person to clean the teeth. Doctor came in, took a look at my x-rays. No explanation why i am waiting, no a simple apology. Looked at me like "whatever" . So i went a little bit strong on her, saying please just proceed with cleaning and do not give me a lecture about wisdom teeth. She did not make any comments on my teeth at all. No simple "bye" Anyways, after doctor left, i sat i the chair for another 20 minutes, and finally got my teeth cleaning done by a rookie that went over my gums like driving a tractor. As well as all my face got covered in my own spit. Thanks god it took her only 20 minutes of that hell. I do not know what happened to them, I was coming to this clinic for the past year like 3 times and everything was usually smooth... customer service is very low level. Had a feeling it was because I was another "gringo".

Looking for affordable dental due to 100% out of pocket in 4/16 through internet promtion ie: free consultation/x-rays. Got it in writing((2) fillings and a cleaning for less than a $1000.00 with Trusha. Now that I finally got money Dr. Lopez said it had been a year when it was less than 6mo.s said cleaning had to go to a total abridgement which felt like regular but was worth the $100.Without showing me the April x-rays, she not only said that (1) tooth needed $2200.00 and I needed a new bridge which was never mentioned in "original consultation" which makes me wonder if it was that condition initially? Dr. Lopez did say I needed to do it as soon as possible but had I known it was losing the nerve I would have made arrangements then. I mentioned this to Trusha who was busy so I am taking this time because I want to continue with CD.

I was in pain over the weekend and was online looking for a good dentist. I found complete dental and called them up. The lady I spoke with was so pleasant and understanding. She was willing to help and get me the care I needed even though I had a limited amount of time to be seen due to work. I got in during my lunch break which is 12 noon to 1 pm, they are not closed at this time which is great for me. The Dentist was also a lovely lady that doesnt rush your process and is more about the care she provides rather than money she collects. My insurance also did not start until the 1st of June and I assumed it already started , the Dentist saw me anyways and provided my options to pay for what I needed to have done and took care of the pain without a charge. I really appreciate the entire staff and has now found my new dentist.

Center for Complete Dentistry is business friendly (to people needing to work early on Mondays especially), professional and honest. I highly recommend Dr.Lopez, if she so happens to become your dentist, you are in good hands. I absolutely love this dentistry, its become my main place to go now and I am referring all my friends and family as well. I used to always be so nervous about going to the dentist it was always a complete nightmare, with this one, I have lost all that stress and actually feel really comfortable. They made me feel welcome after every visit, and even remembered my name the 2nd time I came in. They even followed up with me the day before the appointment. If youre looking for a place to go for dentist work, I highly recommend!

I cant say enough about Center For Complete Denistry! Im getting married and hated my smile, especially in pictures. I got three consultations and they were literally half the price of one of the quotes I got. Also instead of being a two week process they did the crown/veneers in one day!! More importantly there work is such high quality. Every single person in the office was incredibly nice and Dr. Espinosa was so patient and helpful. I had a crown and three veneers done and they did such an amazing job,they look so natural. Im surprised at how much of a difference this has made in my life. If your thinking about doing it definitely go here. Best thing Ive ever done for myself. I love my smile!

Truly pleasant experience from start to finish! The entire staff was supremely nice and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease...from Trusha (the Office Manager) to Daniela (hygienist) and Dr. Espinosa (Dentist). The facility was also very clean and charming. I went for an examination, cleaning, and x-rays. My cleaning was one of the most painless and comfortable cleanings Ive ever had. Dr. Espinosa was also patient, knowledgeable and honest. Im looking forward to trying their teeth whitening services as well. Dr. Arun Garg (the lead Dentist/owner) is a world renowned trainer of dentists & a highly acclaimed expert in his field, so its no surprise his team is top notch.

My first time there, due to extreme pain from an infection. Staff is very nice and understanding. Dr. Carissa Ramos attended to me and she was very pleasant. Unfortunately she would not do the root canal treatment I was hoping she would do and referred me to another dentist. This means I have to suffer with the pain until the next day. She did however prescribe for me some antibiotics which I am grateful about. I wish I knew in advance that this office would not perform the root canal, in which case I would have gone elsewhere and saved a full day of additional pain and suffering. Live and learn: Next time will ask in advance what they will do for me once they see me.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a dental emergency and the office was able to accommodate me that same day. The dentist who saw me provided 3 options regarding how to fix my front tooth as well as gave me her recommendation, but ultimately let me decide which procedure would best suit me. I went with her recommendation. The crown looks very natural and matched all of my existing teeth in shape and color. The staff took time to ensure proper fit and comfort. I was very pleased with their work, dedication, and professionalism at this office. I highly recommend them.

It was the first time I had gone to the dentist in 5 years and I booked the appointment cuz I saw they had a $29 first patient visit special. They were very nice and professional. I ended up needing to get a deep cleaning that is $155 but they did it for $140 and I agreed to it and paid with my HSA. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist was very kind and I had gotten dizzy from having my head down for the cleaning and she actually helped me breathe so that I wouldnt feel dizzy anymore. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Plus free toothbrush and floss!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Ive seen client favoritism at some of the other places Ive been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
