One of the worst experiences Ive had with a dentist. The staff is very nice, tho. I went for my first appt at the office, did a check up to see what would be the next step, gave my insurance info and before leaving I clarified how much I would have to pay next visit according to the work I was going to get done. Then, came in a few days later to get that work done but I waited about an hour before being brought in to a patient room. Finally on the chair, I waited more than 75 minutes because they said the doctor was running a little late with major treatments. Then, out of nowhere the price that they had quoted me on was NO longer that but MORE. When I clearly checked in the last appointment. After patiently waiting for more than 2.5 hours to see the dentist, his arrogant face comes in and salutes me by tapping my shoulder, not even apologizing for the delay!! and decided he is going to do a root canal in a tooth that has NEVER bothered me (and till this day I have not done that root canal) AND when in the first appointment we had agreed that we were going to do other work first. Well, I told the nurse I was not ready for a root canal so in front of my room Dr. Guerra told her he would not do anything further if I did not start with that root canal. (I HEARD THOSE WORDS) I left crying UPSET, I even had a ticket of how LONG I waited for his behind. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! wouldnt recommend him to my worse enemy.

Dr. Guerra and his staff have been caring for my dental health for 12 years now. I have had various dental procedures during this time due to poor dental maintenance in prior years and unfortunate genetic issues I have with my teeth. Without going into specifics, I developed a strong fear of dental visits even before simple cleanings. Dr. Guerras outgoing, calm and very likeable personality along with his and his staffs professionalism and attention to detail has changed my perspective towards dentists. My teeth are now in great health and "beleive it or not", I actually look forward to my visits. I take my dental weallness very serious and Ive been to many dentist over the years...Dont write many reviews but I cant say enough about Dr. Guerras operation.

Meet my new dentist. Got a clean and it was so thorough. Got X-rays and my chipped tooth fixed so quickly. They are punctual with appt times. Staff was friendly, I didnt want to stop talking to them. They answered every question I had. I felt very cared for.
