Who would have thought that the best customer service in Miami Beach is at a Dentists office. Seriously - everybody there is so friendly and accommodating. When I was 11, I fell and cracked my four front teeth. Until I was 17, all dentists could do was using bonding material to fix my mouth. Then a new technology came around - veneers. I loved it! However, like with many of us as we age, our gums recede. I made it 17 years until the gap where my original veneers ended and my gum-line started was very obvious. Even though I needed them replaced - I was apprehensive about who would do it. Your front teeth and your smile is the first thing people notice, and its the main thing Ive been complimented on all these years. I didnt want to lose that. I bounced around several dentists around Miami and Miami Beach with little trust that they would be able to do a good job. Then I found Dr. Ubieta and the Sunset Family Dental Practice on Washington Avenue. I knew I found the right dentist to take care of me, an he did! My new smile is fantastic and most importantly, realistic looking. I am so happy to have found my new permanent dentist and will be the first to recommend him and his staffs services to anyone who wants great dental care and fantastic customer service!

Words can not express our gratitude for these team of professionals, from Valeria Panne-Mora, the best in customer service, to Stavros, the Registered Dental Hygienist, to the dental assistants, and of course to Dr. Eduardo Ubieta , they are amazing !!! There is a spirit of excellence in these people, going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing, this time was different, they are kind, loving and make you feel right at home. I broke a tooth by falling, it was repaired in no time! Dr. Ubieta took the time to explain everything he could do about it, gave me options, laughed with me, tension gone!!!, then he did the work!!!! Office is super clean, accommodations for people with disabilities is excellent, appointment on time, available parking! I would recommend this dental office to anyone who has struggled or have had a bad experience with a dentist in the past, its life changing! For years, entering into a dental office always brought me traumatizing memories of the horrible experiences I have had in the past. Fortunately, Sunset Family and Cosmetic Dentistry has changed my whole perception of going to the dentist. Starting with Valery, the front desk and treatment coordinator, to the Dental assistants and hygienists; But most importantly Dr. Ubieta is simply amazing! He sits and explains tooth by tooth of the conditions that are going on and the treatment necessary. His team of professional’s works efficiently and cooperatively putting your fears at ease and make you feel in good hands. Entering in this dental office has been a life changing experience and i am very grateful to have found them.

Just visited Dr. Ubietas office for the first time, and I think Ive finally found where Ill be getting my dental check-ups from now on! , Dr. Ubietas office allowed me to schedule a hygiene- visit and wait to see the dentist at a same visit. Stavros (the HYG) The Best in Miami Schedule on TIME The staff were all very pleasant ( Receptionist and Assistants )Dr. Ubieta was very professional and down to earth.
