I ended up switching Dentist and went back to my old one in Thomasville . They tell you the wrong thing regarding your teeth as if they they dont know what they are talking about . They told me I had Gingivitis when they done my gum exam but I really had something way worse and was treated for the wrong thing . I feel like my condition couldve been saved/handled the right way and wouldnt have progressed if they knew what they were doing . If you have questions its like your bothering them by having questions and Dr. Armstrong I think was her name said in exact words to me " your the type of person that points out everything wrong with your teeth arent you?? " and I was like yes and they even charge you to talk someone which is crazy because Ive never heard of a dentist office charging you if you have questions . Also my children were yelled at because they were being a little hyper because they had sat in the room just for me to be seen for over an hour for a question on one of my teeth because I wanted a root conal and was a little tired from sitting there so long . I will never return back to this dentist I also had a fill in done by them and had to go back at least 5 times if not more to get them to fix it was either to sharp or just didnt feel right .

I just want to brag on this place for a few minutes. I have been a long time patient here and I have enjoyed every visit to this office. It is actually under new ownership and goes by Neighborhood Dental now. The new owner and full-time Dentist Dr. Armstrong is amazing! She is so sweet and caring. She answers all of my questions and if I call with additional questions or concerns, she always call me back herself. The staff is great too, including Rachel, I believe she is the manager. I have read some of the previous reviews and it seems most everyone agrees with me. I am very surprised at the ones who dont. Over the years I have seen them tend to elderly patients, patients with disabilities, etc.. and I am impressed with the professional attitudes they have demonstrated. Again, this is an awesome place and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. !!

I love this place. The dental hygienist Chan explained everything about the condition of my teeth and gums in terms that I could understand. None has ever explained that to me in all my visits to the dentist. Dr. Ann Armstrong took the time to show me exactly what was wrong on the x ray and what needs to be done to correct the problems and what I need to do to prevent having problems in the future. The office manager Rachel was very helpful in recommending what insurances would best suit my need. Again....I love this place!

From the time I got there I was skeptical since there was no previous reviews before mine. But as soon as I arrived they were quick to get me in my first visit and it was nice. They were attentive to what I needed done. They were polite. They were patient with me and answered any questions I had and explained anything I didnt understand. I recommend this dentist.
