From the moment we arrived at the front desk to the time we walked out of the door our experience was nothing short of warm and amazing. The front office staff were very knowledgeable and helpful since it was my sons first visit. Then we got called back and the woman that did his teeth cleaning was awesome. She made my son feel so comfortable and made him aware of every step. I think you could say he even enjoyed his time getting his teeth cleaned. Then the wait for the dentist was great too since they had toys and coloring for the kids to play with. The dentist was also super nice and very informative. He made my son feel comfortable by telling him how much of a big boy he was being and how handsome he was. I would recommend this office to any parents looking for a dentist for their children. The best place in greensboro. All the staff seemed to be very genuine and sweet.

We have never seen Dr. Pierce as we are patients of one of the other dentists at that practice. However, we are in the process of switching dentists because the office staff at that office is so rude and beligerent, that we can not longer take our business there. I do not recommend this practice to anyone, which is a shame, because the dentist we see there is very skilled and competent. Dealing with their office staff is so difficult, that it is almost impossible to get anything done. I have been hung up on, screamed at, and told "whatever" when trying to make an emergency appointment for my daughter. My best suggestion is to find another pediatric dentist, we are!

My 5 year old daughter has had several medical issues so going to the dentist had been pushed to the back burner. To say the least she does not like going to any doctor. She needed extensive work so we were referred to Dr. Kate Pierce and I could not have been happier. From the moment we walked in my daughter was put at ease. Although, there were some tears she fought back her fear only because the staff and Dr. Pierce talked to her and loved her like she were their own. Will absolutely recommend any of the Drs here at The Greensboro Center for Pediatric Dentistry

Our boys have been patients of Dr. Goldenberg since they were infants -- they are now 20 and 17. They looked forward to going to the dentist as children and as a result of the positive experiences theyve had, they have good dental habits as adults. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is fun for kids, and Dr. Goldenberg is very thorough and caring at every visit. It breaks my heart that my oldest has aged out, and my youngest will soon. Were going to miss you guys!

Dr. Pierce and her staff are amazing. You will not find a more caring and nurturing dental practice. Dr. Pierce truly cares abot the kids and it shows with her passion. She and her staff are very thorough and always go the extra mile. My daughter went to two other dentists and she hated going. Once we found Dr. Pierce she doesnt mind going at all. And my son has always see Dr. Pierce and gets excited to go see her. Our best dental experience hands down.

Our son genuinely gets excited about the dentist. He adores the staff but I secretly think he goes for the train. The doctors always take time to talk to us and our conversations never feel rushed. The wifi for parents as we wait in the lobby is an additional perk. My only wish is for this to be a family practice so I can care for my teeth at GCPD too!

My daughter needed an urgent extraction done, and Dr. Pierce, being out of town, made a call for us to get our daughter into another surgeon that morning. This was Dr. Pierces day off, and I was so impressed that she went out of her way for us. So thankful for her care over the phone and willingness to meet with us if needed.

Dr. Pierce and staff went above and beyond during my daughters tooth extraction. They were very compassionate with a calming bedside manner. They focused on my daughters needs while listening to our concerns. I would recommend this practice to all parents who want a positive dental atmosphere for their children.

Dr. Goldenberg has been my sons dentist since he was about 3, today was his last check-up with him after 13 years, he out-grew the practice. A sad day today having to say good-bye to Dr. Goldenberg and the staff. Coming to this practice was the best decision we made and we appreciate all the years with them.

Over the years we have seen all three doctors at the greensboro center for pediatric dentistry. All three of been great with my children. I have never had any bad experience with their staff. In fact, when my oldest was too old to remain at the pediatric dentist we were both very sad to have to switch.
