Trying to reach my regular DDS the thursday before the Christmas holidays proved impossible. Leaving a message during regular hours resulted in no returned call. Of course, it appears that all dentists are closed on Fridays. I was in more pain than I can explain. After going through the DDS in the Greensboro yellow pages, I was lucky to call Dr. Keith Kordsmeier. According to the receptionist/secretary, he was finishing his last patient to walk out the door for his holiday. I explained my problem, I was on hold for maybe 30 seconds, with Sandy replying can you come to his office now? They never asked insurance or money questions. Just come now. Upon my arrival, II filled out partial papers before Dr Kordsmeier took me into an examing room. I had a crown on an upper molar without a root canal many years ago. Dr. Kordsmeier explained everything to me as he started my procedure. He understood why I was in so much pain and made sure I was feeling no pain in the area he had to work. My roots were filled with bacteria and I would have become very sick without someone seeing before the 2007 holiday. Though I was still numb, I was comfortable enough to make it through the holiday. Dr, K prescribed an antibiotic, and also pain medication. Dr Ks staff took the time recommend and schedule a root canal for the following week. That evening, my home phone rang with Dr. Kordsmeier from his home packing for a family vacation. He was concerned and wanting to check up on my well being. All I can say is, WOW! This is an real caregiver concerned even for a work in NEW patient without any dental records. I was very lucky and blessed to have made my call to Dr. Kordmeiers office. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. KORDSMEIER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE TREATED AS A PERSON, NOT JUST AS A NUMBER. Thank you very much Dr Kordsmeier and thank you to your staff! Sincerely, Polly

I have been a patient for over a dozen years. The practice is top-notch in every aspect. Dr Kordsmeier is kind, compassionate, always uses the latest technology, and just seems genuinely happiest when he is working with each patient to provide them with the very best care. Dental hygienist Kathy is amazingly thorough and efficient. And funny! The office staff who check-in and check -out appointments are friendly and efficient and also never fail to provide reminder calls or texts but are also quite accommodating if illness requires acrescheduling. Kimberly in the front office handles all of that department with seamless precision and gentleness and respect. Basically, this is a team of people who work well together, have expertise in their areas of the practice, and all have really great senses of humor to boot. I go in, whether for a routine cleaning or a filling or a complicated crown, and leave not only knowing the work was done right but also having genuinely enjoyed interacting with the Dentistry Revolution team. I dont know what more one could ask for in a dental practice!

Been going to Dentistry Revolution since my regular dentist retired several years ago. Dr. Burns staff was great and I never had any issues. When he retired the only person that stayed on was Kathy, the oral hygienist, who is wonderful. The stars are for her, otherwise there would be one. While the dental work was ok, they just couldnt seem to get the billing straight with the insurance companies. I have double coverage and that seemed to be problematic for them. I never had issues like this with Dr. Burns, and my wife who uses a different dentist never has problems with the coverage. I would keep getting statements saying I owed money, and when I contacted them was told this was for the insurance claims. Then over the last few months the amount started going up. Late fees were being added. Thats adding insult to injury. I just called up and paid my bill in full and will fight the insurance battle myself. They were gracious enough to remove the last late fee. Thanks. I will miss Kathy.

This place was great. In most of my dental experiences anywhere else, the staff always seemed rushed, unhappy, & uncaring. The wait was always terrible & my anxieties usually kept me from keeping with my appointments. At Dentistry Revolution I actually feel comfortable. I wasnt judged for not getting my regular cleanings for the past 2 years or for how my teeth looked (which has happened numerous times) & the waits were barely a wait at all. Everyone seemed like they actually cared & the vibe was great. Dr. Kordsmeier (he introduced himself as Keith) & his assistant, Carly, are so pleasant. They take the time to talk to you on a friendly level, time to explain what theyre doing, & making sure you feel fine the whole way through. PLUS, the whole practice is beautifully designed, its just nice to walk into an office & see how well put together they are. Id recommend this place to anyone & everyone :) Thank you for all your patience & kindness.

Dentistry Revolution is amazing! Doctor Kordsmeier is really, really nice, and entertaining. His stories alone are more interesting than most things other places have. The staff is really nice too and you can tell they really care if you are having a good day and will do what they can to make sure of it. As for their abilities to take care of your teeth, as far as I know, they are doing an incredible job. At most places Ive been to, the dentist and the assistants all talk about medical "mumbo jumbo" and pull and push and poke and prod and then send you out with a really expensive bill for all the things they "needed" to do. At Dentistry Revolution, they take the time to explain exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. In addition to that, they are using so much technology to see exactly whats happening with your teeth (I feel they know my teeth better than I do). They are really great and I recommend them fully!

I am a minimalist when it comes to my health and havent been to the dentist in over15 years. I had a few bad experiences at that time with a few dentists telling me I had many cavities, advanced gum disease, and tried to push cosmetic dentistry. I went back to my childhood dentist at the time and he told me everything still looked good and that too many dentists were in the business to get wealthy on cosmetic and unnecessary repair work. I finally decided to try to find another dentist again after all these years, since I moved away from my home area many years ago. Dr. Kordsmeier was great and his entire office was very professional and friendly. He laid out what seems to be a reasonable care plan that fits with my wishes and didnt try to push anything on me. It was a surprisingly good experience, considering my bias and expectations going in. The great reviews of his office that brought me there appear to be genuine.

By far the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The entire staff was extremely pleasant. Everyone I encountered was amazing. They are very informative. Everything is explained up front through a very thorough process. Dr. Kordsmeier was nothing short of amazing. I got a root canal and going into the process I was prepared for a horrible experience because Ive heard horror stories about getting root canals. I can honestly say it was nothing like Id heard. I literally had no pain through my process. I was requested for my gums to be numb. A little discomfort from the numbing needle and having my mouth stretched open for so long, very typical for this type of dental work though. Other than that I was great. My mouth was back to normal. From visiting other dentist and having much pain just from the consultation visit... I can honestly say Dr. Kordsmeier and his staff are top notch.
