My experience itself was great. The NP Lori was very sweet even with me coming in at 4 a.m. however I have had issues with this place ever since and am never going back nor will I ever refer people to this place. I got a bill for my visit and they charged my insurance almost 300 dollars for an office visit and a urinalysis! That is outrageous I can self pay in cash @ AFC in Mt. Juliet for $155 and that includes everything! I cannot believe theyre charging so much for NPs! I can see an actual MD @ AFC for cheaper, can you say scam?! On top of that I decided instead of fussing Id bite the bullet so to speak and go ahead and pay my bill. I went up to the office, paid with my debit card and I am still receiving notices, my insurance told me to disregard maybe my payment had not gone through but after the 4th notice I got worried so I called Anycare24 and they cant find my payment! I asked for the manager to call me and I missed her call b/c I was at work. I called back 3 days in a row during normal business hours and she is never there!!!! I am tired of hearing "well Its better just to try to keep calling then leaving messages b/c she usually doesnt get them, or Im sorry she left early today" does this lady ever work? So, I asked for the clinic director and you know what I was told, "well we dont really have one the clinic manager is who you need to talk to our clinic coordinator doesnt deal with billing issues." oh, honey this isnt just a billing issue anymore, now I am ticked off and this is a complaint issue. Anyway Its a shame I have to put such a bad review when the NP was actually great she needs to go work for a better company!

Horrible!! Wish I could give less than 1 star. The woman at the front desk opened the door discussed that my son and I were there. He had a trash can because I couldnt get him to stop vomiting, she precedes to tell my 5 year old that he better not drop that trash can because "she isnt cleaning that mess up". She told me I couldnt open the door to the hallway and made me feel like a child. When i told her our pharmacy she said it wasnt open (I know, I work there) she rudely told me she hoped he would make it till then. When we finally got back to the room my son and I could blatantly hear her and the np complaining about patients and other coworkers. The np finally came in and refused to run any tests on him because "its just something he ate". I told her the last time he was like this it was the flu, I feel like a mothers word should have a little more respect then it did here. She spent 2 seconds in the room and I will probably be billed hundreds of dollars for rude service and disrespectful attitudes. I will NOT be back there. That is not how you treat people, especially sick children!

Horrible!!!! I had a bad rash on my foot and with barely looking at it the guy said it was a foot fungus and rushed me out of there. Didnt even want to listen when i said i had another spot forming on the back of my other calf. I picked up the cream he prescribed anyway and followed directions. The next day my entire foot swelled up twice its size. I called back and another lady told me that he shouldve informed me it would take 2wks to 2 months to get better. Well its continually getting worse and spreading all over my other leg and foot....guess what...its poison ivy! Not some foot fungus! Idiots! Next time take your time and pay attention and listen to the patient fully

After receiving a flu shot, five days before Christmas, I developed a horrible allergic reaction . I spent the day after Christmas in an ER and left the ER @ Summit the same way I came.....MISERABLE!! After another week and a half of trying over the counter and home remedies, I tried the most trusted facility in Nashville. Although Vandy gave me some good avenues to do research I left their ER miserable as well. Finally I try these guys and not only get great patient care, follow up material, and some RELIEF, but I also didnt get treated like I was an idiot who knows nothing about the medical field(Summit). Thanks you guys!! You nailed it beginning to end!!

Love this place!! This is my go to for when my family has the flu, allergies, or mystery illness. The wait is usually no more then 20 minutes at the most. My kids pediatrician wait is usually a hour.. And thats with an appointment. We went to anycare last night because my son had the bug everyone else has had. The wait was longer but thats to be expected when the county closes down schools because of illness. Thanks to the folks at Anycare 24, my family appreciates every one of you. I have never had a bad experience. Keep up the wonderful job yall do!!

5 STARS PLUS After getting meds from my regular dr that did not work, I chose AnyCare24. NP Christine Kowal is a very impressive person and gave me an examination far better than any other dr had in the past. She took a great deal of time with me so her diagnosis would be correct and it was. Im leaving my regular dr and coming to AnyCare 24 from now on. A++++++ ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is awesome. We came in at noon on a Saturday. I expected it to be packed. I called ahead of time and they told me it was only 10 minutes. Eric at the front desk was great. All smiles. The doctor gave me full attention and answered every question. Best doctors experience I think I have ever had.

Nurse that gave shot was very rude she needs to learn some bedside manners and learnhow to give a proper shot im not a nurse but I even know not to just stab a needle in. I wasnt able to catch her name but trust me you will know who she is
