Everytime I called I either got a busy signal or was hung up on quickly. We have applied for medicaid 3 times and because the service is so poor we dont get in touch with someone before time is up so we have to reapply. Wife is 5 months pregnant and has no prenatal care.... this is stupid

THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! I LITERALLY MEAN NEVER! IVE CALLED 30 TIMES TODAY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FROM TWO DIFFERENT PHONE AND NO ANSWER WHAT SO EVER! EVERYONE SHOULD DEFINITELY USE PRATTVILLES HEALTH DEPARTMENT BECAUSE WETUMPKA IS JUST PLAIN OUT LAZY!!!!!

Ive never had any problem, Ive been here 3 times. I think one of the ladies at the front was kind of rude one time, but hey, weve all had a bad day at work before. Didnt have a problem getting my son Medicaid, also the clinic has always taken good care of me.

If youre okay with going on site and not depending on the phone then I would say that they are pretty good. I love Nurse Carol. Shes been around these parts for some time. I even made a donation for my services when I left.
