After 5 year of coming to the staff with my health issues and trusting them and opening up about my issues, I miss an appointment due to my job and I get told although you have been on a medicine for 5 years, you are done until you come in for another appointment,. I reschedule for the nearest appointment and I am told you are out of luck till then. Now I said I might have to find another doctor because I was stunned by this lack of caring, they know my whole story and the warm response was "Ok, and then silence. Wow, I have never felt like another number and less like a human being coming for help to my doctor then right then. Terrible behavior, they already have weekends and Thursdays off on top of other multiple days and they are burned out and cold blooded to people who come to them with real issues. It really saddened me because I put my eggs all in their basket and trusted them with my health issues and they acted like they could not care less about me as person. Never again, maybe they need a job change or look up empathy in the dictionary, because I felt none.

Elyse delivered my first two children, and she will be delivering my third child next month. I love her! I refuse to go to anyone but Elyse. She is now at The Lakes building and I dont get to sit down they call me immediately. Elyse is so knowledgeable she amazes me all the time. She is super sweet, and I love her philosophies on pregnancy, labor and delivery. I would highly recommend her as would 4 of my friends who have delivered with Elyse too. Her c-section rate is 5 % which in this day and age is outstanding! She has delivered over 1,000 babies. Go to Elyse!

Always terrible service from office staff. They dont treat you like you are a customer....they treat you like they are doing you a favor. Any other business would go out of business if they treated people the way that they do at Norton Family Practice.
