I scheduled my first appointment and was left sitting in the waiting room while all walk-ins were handled first. The receptionist was flustered and disorganized because she arrived late and had no time to get things in order before the first appointments of the morning. One patient was exasperated and stormed out. I sat there waiting and finally was called---after my appt. had already begun - to complete paperwork and verify insurance (this should have been handled prior to the appt., through email, or first thing in the morning). When I still hadnt been seen by the doctor 1 hr. after my appointment, I asked the receptionist for an update and she responded "Why are you asking me this?" I almost blew my top. It was then that she explained the doctor still hadnt arrived for the morning appointments. What a horribly unprofessional way to run a doctors office. The receptionist is late and rude, the doctor never shows, and patients are left waiting unless they dare to ask....I wont be going back.

I went here today as a new patient. Maybe there was a different receptionist when I went(it was a blonde lady) because she was nice and helpful. She didnt seem to have any attitude towards other people that walked in either. Also the doctors assistant and Dr. Murra were nice and helpful and got me in and out in a timely manner, which is good because I have a slight paranoia of doctors. Lol. Oh also I guess I could add that it was 9am. Maybe they are morning ppl?

Even though I had been to this doctor a few times before, and there was not ONE person in the waiting room, the receptionist rudely told me they did not take walk-ins. I asked if I could make an appointment for later in the day. She said no- the doctor is out and to try back tomorrow. Why would I wait until tomorrow to been seen when Im sick today?!

I walked in for a treatment. THe staff quickly worked me in and were very helpful with all of the new patient paperwork. All the doctors and nurses helped with diagnosis and treatment. I will be returning.
