I read the reviews on here , as well as, on other sites and saw some differences in ratings. I read through the google reviews and saw some good and a few bad but still decided to give her a try. I arrived at her office and saw a sign posted up , while signing in , that they are offering Star bucks gift cards in return for google reviews.. this made me infer that a lot of reviews on here were brought in a sense. My appt was around 9:45am.. I came in and filled out paperwork which took about 10 minutes so it was 9:55am when I sat down finally and waited... I did not get called back until a little after 10:30 and Dr. Ibrahim did not come in until AFTER 11am. So those who spoke on waiting crazy amounts of time were not lying. She walked in...did not apologize for being extremely late and barely introduced herself... Did not come off as friendly , and seemed uninterested in being there. So at this point I was thinking .." Okay this is what I waited over an hour for? " Total lack of respect for her patients time and no common decency to say " Im sorry Im late" or anything to speak on her being over an hour late to see me. The visit went okay... She did not follow up with me like she was suppose to so I called a week later and they finally provided me with what they were suppose to follow up with me on which was test results. I will not be going back to her and I would not recommend her to anyone especially if you want someone thorough and attentive to your needs.

Since I am new to the area I read reviews and this is one of the reasons I felt ok to go, however my experience was not all that great. When you first walk in there is no face to face contact with the front desk, there is a barrier with non see through windows that you have to knock on to see someone at the front desk, did not feel welcoming at all. As I read on previous review, I made sure to ask at the front desk....yes they will charge you if you have other questions not regarding your well woman exam, so if you have concerns too discuss with the Dr. you will have to make another appointment, makes you feel money is priority :/ Then the wait time, wow! My appointment was at 11:30 it was 12:20 and still not called in and to my surprise another person who was also in the waiting area said her appointment was at 10:45, almost a 2 hour wait to get called in and then who know how much longer wait to see the doctor. I left because my husband who was with me had to get to work. When I asked how much longer it would be I was told that it was their busiest day bc they had ultrasounds that day, I suggested it would be courteous to inform the customer and set the expectations ahead of time. A little positive....the two ladies at the front desk who helped me were kind and and there was no problem to get my copay refunded when requested. And well I didnt get my exam done so I could not say anything else.

I will not be returning to this office. As I read through the other reviews, I can agree that the office is clean, however, that is about the only thing I can say positive. I went for a well woman visit and because I asked a question about hormones, I was charged for an extra visit. My insurance pays 100% for wellness visits, but because I asked a question that took approximately 5 minutes of her time to answer, I was charged $50. I went back two days later to do blood work, which was part of my wellness appointment. I was charged $16 for a nurses visit so that she could draw my blood. These charges were not explained to me at the time of they were incurred, I only found out about them when I received the bill in the mail. Her office manager would benefit greatly from training in Customer Service....actually, I should say that the patients would benefit! My experience with this practice is that they are ALL about the money and not interested in my care. Very disappointed. I will not return to this doctor and would not recommend them to anyone.

Being new to the area and in need of a gyn, I was referred to Dr. Ibrahim by my doctors office. I have been very pleased with the experience. Was able to get in quickly as a new patient and scheduling of follow-up appointments and testing have been both quick and efficient. Dr. Ibrahim is very professional. I had 3 appointments in just over a weeks time and in each one I felt she took the time she needed (and I needed) to make sure we were both on the same page. She laid out the treatment options and sat back answering questions and giving guidance, while I decided the direction I wanted to go in. Nurse and office staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Ibrahim herself was lovely, her staff were not. The woman at the front desk was very rude from the moment I checked in. She then proceeded to be rude when i told her that there must have been a mix up with the insurance after she made a mistake and tried to over charge me. And after finally finishing the appointment, i checked out with her and asked if i needed to sign any papers. She handed me my prescription and told me no. About 45 minutes later i received a phone call from her saying that she needed me to come back to sign some papers. So after dealing with her rudeness for 2 hours, i get to go back to sign a paper that i had asked about before i left.

Tricias directions were helpful, Elaine was nice, facility was clean, but boy was I in disbelief of the provider! No eye contact, or "nice to meet you" or "we look forward to working with you" from the doctor. Not to mention, the name of the place (New Beginnings) is deceiving. She does not do prenatal care or deliveries. Her website says otherwise and the lobby has pictures of babies everywhere. However, come to find out that she "refers out." I work in the medical field and the treatment I received was very poor to say the least. I left very upset and called my sister, who is also a provider, to never refer anyone here again!

Dr. Rania Ibrahim is an AWESOME Ob/Gyn !!! Shes extremely knowledgeable, very professional and highly skilled in her field. I dont remember being in an operating room but I do remember waking up to a Miraculous New Beginning after a well executed robotic hysterectomy. With several years of pain and suffering behind me... I am finally free to live again... and its all possible because of the efforts made by this Surgeon and her WONDERFUL staff !!! I will always be grateful to God for allowing our paths to cross and I will gladly recommend her services to women who need to reclaim a healthy and productive lifestyle.

I am a patient of Dr.Rania Ibrahim . I am very pleased to say that she is so compassionate. It is so nice to go to an appt. that I dread each year & know that I have a Dr. who listens and cares so deeply about her patients. She is a fabulous Dr. I had a bad breast infection and she checked on me and followed up on me and I cant tell you how assured that made me feel. My follow up appt was on March 22, 2016. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim and all her staff is very reassuring and compassionate. Thanks so much for caring so deeply Dr. Ibrahim. You are greatly appreciated !
