Dont get me wrong they have an amazing staff. When seen they are very professional. However, I work a 9:30 to 6:30 Monday through Friday and its hard for me to take my son to the pedatrician. Especially when its something like pink eye, its just a conveince to take him here. Despite this they advertise they are open til 8. However not just once but several times when I arrive at 7:15 the doors are locked the open sign is on and no patients are in the lobby. No where does it say theyll close their doors early. I cannot stress how inconveint it is to take my son into the ER for pink eye and how I try my best to be there well before they close and once the receptionist told me they see their last patient at 7:30 but where in writing is it? I know that several doctors offices are open until they see every last person who is checked in before closing time. I would recommend them if your going through out the day but not if your racing against a clock.

Extremely Attentive, Courteous, Warm and Knowledgeable Staff. Top Notch Professionals!! From my receptionist who was very pretty with a very warm and comforting smile, to ( my DR. ??) Nicki, that I cannot thank enough for her care and concern. thanks to her alertness she showed great concern for my medical situation and sent me to the ER before a potentially life changing situation with my eye. Totally Love them and Appreciate them. My experience was 100 stars!!! Thanks ladies very Much!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY FOR YOUR URGENT CARE NEEDS!!!!! Thanks for the Band Aid Nicki...IT S WORKING!!!

The front desk lady was helpful but they do not have an xray machine. She said the doctor would examine my daughters wrist but then wed be sent with a referral for an xray at the hospital, but would have to wait until the next day for that bc it was after five and the tech would be gone. We wound up just going to an ER. Thankful she told me in advance sip we didnt sit there waiting only to find out the information much later.

Lisa the NP was very professional and answered all of my questions. The office staff was efficient and courteous. It was nice to see professionalism in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone needing health care when their family physician is unavailable, if you do not have an physician, or after hours. Would most definitely return.

Went in with puncture wound in finger with embedded object. Dr. Kisaberth was a total boss. She was extremely enthusiastic about digging into my finger quickly in order to save it. Despite being a total bloodbath, she was fast, professional, friendly, and skilled. I would get injured and go again.

Not good at all. My daughter clearly had a sinus infection. The dr prescribed Zyrtec which she had already been taking and was not working. I will never go back.
