Nothing like only needing a script so you can get your contacts somewhere far cheaper only to be told you might go blind if you dont agree to the far more expensive check-up. Ive never actually had a doctor try to con me into a more expensive exam. Nor have I ever had to turn down that more expensive exam MULTIPLE times. That was last year. This year, Lenscrafters took the fun initiative to actually schedule an appointment for me this year and gave me the option to cancel it. Let me repeat: without contacting me, they scheduled my appointment for this year. Yeah, that was a fun email. Ive also received at least two phones from them even after telling them point-blank that I wasnt interested in their services. Do yourself a favor, go to an actual doctor for your eye exams. Lenscrafters are literally just salespeople.

I went in and they told me that Id have my glasses in an HOUR, after the examination, they then told me 10 &#@*ing days, now TEN &#@*ing DAYS later, theyre telling me the lenses arent in yet and itll probably take another day to get them ready. &#@* LENSCRAFTERS! Not like a needed to &#@*ing see or anything.

Dont go here. I had an appointment at 5pm with them and they made me wait 45 mins. I ended up walking out without an exam, plus they dont take major insurance like United Healthcare. I would give them a 0 star if I could. Dont waste your time by making appointment here, they will waste your time!

I lost the screw in my sunglasses. I went in for a replacement. They were so friendly and helpful. The screw was an unusual length and size. She worked to find the correct fit and size. Thank you for a pleasant and helpful service.

I went in to have my broken glasses repaired and after they were finished the lab tech Carlos told me all I owed him was a smile. I didnt even purchase those glasses there but I will buy my next pair from them.
