I wasnt very satisfied with my experience at this place. I had an appointment but I had to wait a lot for my daughter to get in, when the doc finally saw us she didnt seem to really pay attention to my concerns and was done in like 5 minutes. So I waited like an hour to be seen for 5 minutes. I ended up going to another doctor to make sure my daughter was ok. And she was, so at least she got it right

The staff is always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The doctors have worked with me to make sure I get the prescription I need. They are very understanding and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Lossman Eyecare to others.
