Ive been going here for the last 5 years or so and have never had too much of an issue until the past 2 years. My husband and sister-in-law also go to Knight Vision. When my husband had his appointment a month or two ago he waited an hour before he was even taken back into a room. I had my appointment the other day at 8am. Thinking that being one of the first appointments of the day, that I wouldnt be waiting long. I waited a half hour after my appointment time to be taken into a room and then another 15 minutes until the doctor arrived. Well today I received an email asking to take a survey, so I did. I received a call back from Dr. Eric Knight very promptly but it did not go as I would have hoped it would have gone. He explained that during my appointment time, an emergency patient had come in and they always take emergency patients first... I can completely understand that. But when I told him that this isnt the first time Ive had a long wait OR members of my family and that its been happening for the past couple of years, no matter the time slot we book, he told me "Well then I suggest you go some place else. Youre going to have the same issue no matter where you go." So needless to say, Ill be going elsewhere. Ive been going to eye doctors for 16 years and I am a pretty patient person. But when I receive a call after I submit a survey with my honest opinion and the Doctor isnt apologetic in any kind of way and is blatantly RUDE to me... my patience runs thin.

The staff has always been very knowledgeable and patient with me, from the woman who serves at the glasses counter, to the man who adjusts your glasses, to the doctors themselves. Theyve been able to answer my questions, give me advice, calm my nerves, and recommend products that I now SWEAR by (including contacts and eyedrops). Dr. Knight even told me that because of a rarity with my prescription, I should have my (future) childrens eyesight checked very young to prevent or quickly correct an eye condition. Other reviewers have complained about the service. I did have one experience when I just TOLD the receptionists I was there, without signing in, and I was overlooked and waited a long time. That was my error though--I didnt sign in. So, sign in, and youll be fine! The prices are DEFINITELY worth remembering to sign in!

I strongly suggest that you go to Knight Vision, I have been going there for the past 2 years and I cant tell you how amazing they are. The staff there is so helpful and kind, they are very educated in what they do. You never have to wait once you arrive, you can be in and out in no time ( unless you cant decide on which ONE pair of glasses you like because there are so many to choose from) I love how the Opticians are very honest when it comes it looking at the glasses and telling you what looks good and which ones arent very flattering on you. They dont work on commission so they dont steer you into some expensive brand just because they want the commission. If you havent stopped in to take a look and schedule an appointment, I suggest you do so ASAP.

I am very impressed with this organization! I am fairly new to the area, and was nervous about finding an eye doctor as good (or better) than the one I left in Colorado. Knight Vision was recommended to me by people at work, and I couldnt be happier! Dr. Eric is honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, and has handled what I consider to be my complicated eye issues very, very well. I have had several appts with him, and each time I am consistently happy with the visit, the information and explanations I receive, as well as the follow-up. I would highly recommend Knight Vision to anyone looking for an eye doctor who actually cares about his patients.

I HIGHLY recommend Knight Vision! Ive been a patient of theres for a few years now and I love going there. Everyone is very friendly and very understanding. Dr Knight has also helped me with multiple issues I was having that my primary doctor could not pin point. I was amazed by what he told me when I told him the symptoms I was having. Luckily, I brought it up to my primary physican and she was amazed by what Dr Knight had told me. Thanks to him, Im happy and healthy finally! This is a great place go whether for a yearly check up or for more serious issues. I also want to thank Knight Vision for their excellent care!

I called to make an appointment... I asked when their next available appointment was and she started asking for my contact information by ignoring what I have asked for and I asked again when is your next available/sooner appointment she did again the same thing by ignoring and keep asking what she used to "do you have insurance?" I believe they respond based on whether we have insurance or not!! stange! This is the first time I rang them and the only reason I opted Knight Vision is its near to my office location so I can stop by and have eye test in my lunch break!

I called to make an appointment a lady pick up... I asked when their next Saturday appointment was and she put me on hold. When she returned she started asking for my contact information and I asked again when is your next Saturday appointment she screams through the phone and said "I dont know, I need your information first, do you have insurance?" Very rude!! I called Dr. Darwin Eye Care who was very polite and was able to tell me when their next appointment and scheduled me right away. By the way Knight Vision & Glaucoma, yes I have insurance.

The receptionist was rude and dr. knight was cocky and condescending. They have this policy that requires you to buy your first box of contact lenses from them and pay for and schedule a follow-up appointment before they will release your prescription. Ridiculous! I will not be going back, the only reason I switched was due to insurance reasons.

I have been seeing Knight Vision for probably 20 years now. I have had excellent care and service there throughout the years. The prices for glasses seem to be a high, but I have not truly priced the market and it may be the same all over. I highly recommend them if you want to see optometrists who care about there patients.

Husband and I just moved here and are in the process of getting new doctors and the normal community services. Knight Vision made it very easy to get an appointment, and the care was excellent. Staff was friendly and prompt, the facility is quite nice, and the doctors are very good. Im quite pleased with the experience.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and they work to make sure I came away with great glasses and the right fit. Both Dr. Knights took time to make sure things were right and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Knight Vision.
