Not really sure yet, I went Thurs and had my eyes exam, was told with my Ins. I would have to pay $135.00 for the glasses, so I went to Walmart.( Which was a lot cheaper) when I got the glasses back, I could not see thru them, so they took my old glasses and told me that there was a big jump in the glasses, that they thought someone had made a mistake,so I called Vision works and was told to bring the glasses in, I did and she just looked at the glasses and made me another apt for next Thurs. I live on a fixed income and she could have just made me an apt over the phone to begin with. I am hoping that when they examine my eyes again that they will make them right.

I went to Vision Works A week ago, they were very polite and wonderful! Today I had to go back because my Vision Was Still off( which I am pretty sure was my fault). They retested me, talked to me and got to the bottom of the Issue and in 1 hour I had New Lenses put in my Glasses and I can see perfectly!! I could not be more satisfied with the Staff and Doctor at this Location! If you have ever had Vision Problems you know how frustrating and sickening it can be. Thank You all at Vision Works for giving me my eyes back!! I couldnt be more greatful!!

The doctors are nice, and the ladies who helped us pick out glasses were nice. But the wait was extremely long, even though we had an appointment. The managers were very rude, and were very unprofessional as they were talking with the employees. I feel over the last 5-9 months its gotten progressively worse.

Cheap eye exam. Overpriced on frames lenses and contacts. Multiple customers unhappy with the sales team during my visit. Did contact fitting. After getting in and testing trial lenses for a week, was given contact prescription for the first trial pair instead of the pair that worked. Go somewhere else.

Been sitting here for an hour just needed an estimate I am currently still sitting here. Over an hour they are ignoring me and walking past helping others when all I need is an estimate. Will not come to this location anymore. Very rude receptionist walked out and will NOT return again.
