I am new in US just recently moved in and I was looking for good dental and My sister recommended winter haven dental to me , I had a very complicated case - the very short way to describe it is : I was new bride who need to remove a front tooth , I had a lot of other issues but that was the main one . From the minute I walk in they were very understanding , Fefe took the time needed to explain patiently and help me go throw my financial plan , appointments and all what it come with! She always been there to assist me throw any question or concern I had . Doctor Rassel did a beyond words great job giving me my confidant back with great smile that doesnt show my missing tooth , I actually get a better smile then the one I had . The look on my husband face when he first see me say it all . Joan ( Doctor assistant ) helped me emotionally to go throw long painful treatment , and professionally by transferring my thoughts about my desire smile into real result , am very sure if she wasnt as passion as she is I wouldnt get the result I have and happy with right now . I am really happy with my end-result , I am pain free (first time since long time ) And I have beautiful new smile . I highly recommended this clinic .

Sorry but first off the girl who works with the medicaid fema or whatever is very rude and i was pregnant at the time ... she was only nice to me my last time there... i also didnt appreciate the conversation the dentist was having with a worker i will not even mention the things he was saying..also he dont warn about giving you the shots and he trys to hurry with his patients trust me because when they did mine he said wow thats the quickest we have done them and high fived the lady working with him...came in from over a hour away because i was sent here to get a missing tooth a tooth in its place but no he does 5 root canals and crowns on the teeth next to it and did nothing with that tooth so i scheduled a appointment to get that tooth done and after driving a hour he dont even sit me in his room he goes oh its u ya i cant do anything ur going to have to go get a implant done heres a refrence and sent me on my way so Im still without a tooth because my medicaid was up and now i moved out of state and am getting it done here... worst experience ever but i give 5☆☆☆☆☆ to the girl who did my teeth cleaning she was very kind and nice and agreed with some of the things I shared with her.

The worst experience in my 44 years of life. Dr. Hamarnah is rude and sadistic. He ripped out my teeth so quickly that his assistant said, "Slow down." I hope this is the closest to torture that I will ever come--and this is coming from a 14 year Army Vet. It was a nightmare. And when I called his office to request medication for nausea and vomiting, his office denied my request. If I werent a retired Army Medic, Im certain that I would have ended up in the ER getting pumped full of IV solution. On my follow-up appointment he said my mouth wasnt healing quickly because I was smoking. I said, "Maybe its because Ive been vomiting for the past 2 weeks because you refused to help me." Of course, he did not reply. Funny, because I was so sick for two weeks that I couldnt smoke if I wanted to! I would not take my dog to Dr. Hamarnah, nor could I, in good conscience, recommend him to anyone. "Paying customers" seem to love him, but its obvious that he has an ax to grind with Medicaid patients. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Wrestling Is Life

I recently visited Winter Haven Dental for 3 sets of fillings. I had an appointment for all three of my visits and I did not wait long at all. Each of my visits were all delightful. My help included Dr. Lue Yen, Kat, and Maria. They were all entertaining, and funny. I was pretty memorable as I am a female wrestler and they were taken my muscular physique. They were all very helpful and informed me that I have cavities in between my teeth which means I need to floss more and they suggested fluoride toothpaste. In addition, I was told that my habit of eating ice is bad for my teeth in the long run and it can cause cracks in my teeth that will eventually cause them to break. I received a referral to get my wisdom teeth removed. I enjoyed Winter Haven Dental and recommend everyone who needs a check up to visit ; they accept multiple forms of payment including Medicaid.

Dr. Hamarnah and his staff are some of the best professionals in dentistry services Ive ever experienced.... and Ive been to many offices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! The customer service is exceptional with a friendly, helpful staff throughout the entire process. From the time you walk into the offices, with a welcome greeting, to the time you leave, you feel like your care is the #1 priority for them. I was extremely nervous on my visit to the office due to some previous negative dental experiences elsewhere. Dr. Hamarnah and his staff were so reassuring that I was able to relax throughout my treatment. The injection was PAINLESS... I was amazed by this skill!!

The office manager as she calls herself is very rude. I walked inside with my son and she rudely says Im going to have to reschedule your appointment because kids arent allowed even though I had somebody going to sit in the waiting room with him. And i said dont worry ill leave and not come back then she says she would have to charge me because the doctor was waiting. But what was the difference in you rescheduling it? The doctor wasnt waiting then? Dumb. She Said its an osha rule but no other dentist says that. And if thats so maybe you should put a sign up. But I wont be back and I will be calling somebody higher up

After searching for a good dentist in Winter Haven I stumbled upon Dr.Russels office. I must say I was quite pleased with choosing them. Walking in the doors the place did not look like your standard dentist office. It was very cozy and extremely clean. I was nervous because I havent been to the Dentist in ages and needed a pretty serious procedure. Dr.Russel was very kind and the procedure went great. Overall I am very pleased with my visit. The office had a welcoming feel and I will be referring friends and family to this office!!!!

Hello Winter Haven Dental, I recently had some dental work done at your office. I just wanted to let you all know what a fantastic job you guys did. The dentist was just a wonderful person and took care of all my concerns and questions, even ones I didnt have and the manager there, she was so nice, professional and was on top of things and so was the staff, they were friendly and warm.
