As I was leaving the doc. office the nurse asked if she could see my lab work the doc. had given me. I gave her my lab sheet & she crossed out some blood work the doc. wanted me to have done before my surgery. I thought this was very inappropreate of her to go behind the doc. orders. As I scheduled a surgery date for Thurs. the following week, they said they would call me with a time and ins. authoration. Two weeks went by (passing my surgery date) and I still have not heard from them. I called them two & half weeks later and the MA said, "Oh, we were just talking about you yesterday. We were wondering what happened to you." I said, "Well you should have called me and now I am choosing to see another doc." I want a doctors office who is trustworthy and an office who doesnt forget about me. I called my family pract. doc and explained to him the situation and he said after my experience he will not recommend this doctor again.

Dr. Gotham listened to my questions and took great care to answer these concerns to my complete satisfaction. His staff have been and continue to be very responsive and helpful.
