My husband is military and we were in the middle of a move from Texas to Washington and I needed to see a doctor. I had a referral and chose to come to this office (from family recommendations) with the understanding they took our full coverage insurance. Needless to say... This office has now put my family into a financial situation and when trying to work it out with billing, they were rude and less than helpful. So thank you. Thank you for not working with a military family where we are now at a struggle to try to re bill and figure out where the mistake was made. If we need to see a provider any time in the future when visiting family, we will not be coming to this office.

Dr. Lake is one of the best doctors Ive ever seen. He allowed for all the time needed to carefully go over my medical history to ensure that he gave me the correct diagnoses and proper treatments needed. My entire family now sees Neva and Byron. They are good people and Im very glad I left my old doctors that had left me feeling like a number. For those who are complaining about the wait times... yes, they sometimes have a wait. But I can tell you, its only because they have a large quantity of very happy customers. (like me) I give this practice my highest recommendation.

I am frustrated by waiting for an hour in the waiting room at EVERY SINGLE ONE of my appointments. I have a small child at home that I have to pay a babysitter to watch when I have an appointment. Not only is it inconsiderate and unprofessional, but it also ends up costing me a lot of money. I understand that emergencies arise, but I have never been seen at my scheduled appointment time, and I have been coming to this doctors office for 10 years. I am finally fed up and seeking a new doctor.

A absolutely terrible doctor who will let her personal beliefs get in the way of choosing treatment . Was treated like a criminal and waited nearly a hour and a half to receive no treatment and had to change doctors and seek treatment elsewhere. Honestly yuba docs treats people better and at least they dont let their personal beliefs get in the way of treating people.

Yes, the wait time is always a challenge However, my experience with Neva completely satisfying. She is respectful, compassionate, gives extra time if needed, and delivers medical care of the highest quality. I am an RN with many years of experience and I am supremely impressed with this doctor.

I waited 60 minutes. 30 of them dressed in the paper thin gown in a freezing room! It was disrespectul and appalling. Not a single person came to let me know they were running late or to see if I was OK.
