I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I highly recommend The LASIK Vision institute in Rancho Cordova. I like a lot of others, found a message in my spam,the price was lower than I had ever seen it (I am so glad I checked it that day it changed my life) I have always wanted lasik and my eye doctor told me Id be a good candidate for the surgery. So I had to check it out. I called they set me up with an appointment the next day. I went in, did the check up and evaluation, came back 4hours later and then BOOM it was done! I could not believe that two days earlier I was a slave to these flippin glasses stuck to my face and as soon as I came off that operating table I COULD SEE!!! The surgery took a total of 2minutes per eye it was crazy a little scary but awesome. Yes their was a little discomfort, DUH! and you have to wear the bug eye protectors for a while when you go to sleep so you dont rub them but it is well worth not ever having to be a slave to the glasses. Now it is a year later and I went in there to make an appointment for my yearly which came with the surgery FREE! The manager there remembered me(who,what?! I know totally cool huh?), and was totally down with whatever I needed to make sure that anything I needed was covered and that I left there a very happy customer, again. This establishment and The manager is BOSS.GO THERE YOU WILL BE SATISFIED WITH TOSSING THE SLAVE GLASSES!! THANK YOU BAP

On 05.11.2007 I had laser done for my both of my eyes. I was told that if I had paid $2,698.00 my eyes would be fine for life time for my both eyes. I feel like I was misled because I was not told anything about a yearly check up, and even after almost seven years I have never received any emails or post card reminders. To add to that I was also told for paying the amount I did, that i would not need to pay a fine if my eyes were giving me trouble. Today 11.22.20013 I called to make an appointment for a check up for my right eye and I told her that since the laser done on the right eye can not see really clearly, but it has not really given me trouble until now. The receptionist told me that I would have to pay for the check up and pay for the laser surgery. I am very upset because I feel like I was cheated because it has been over six years and not once have I received a courtesy call, snail mail or email about any kind of followups. It is very upsetting to know that this is how your business operates. If you could have a manager or someone from the office call me back and sort all of this out.

My expierence at the LASIK vision institute was excellent from my evaluation to the surgery. They were very informative, they let me know what was going on every step of the way and made sure I didnt have any questions. The surgery itself was quick and painless. I had the PRK surgery and I am so happy with it! It is so nice to be able to see without glasses or contacts. I am so happy I chose this place and I highly recommend it. Also you must check Groupon it saved me so much money!! 43% off both eyes

Service seem to be okay they were polite waiting seem to take for hours but it really wasnt that long so that wasnt too bad but I did have to wait 2 and a half weeks for response did not hear anything therefore had to call them I would not recommend waiting if you go to this facility but otherwise theyre nice they was unable to do anything for me I felt delayed because someone there dont want to do there job. Does make me wonder if they got the info correct......

Currently everyone here has been very nice however they have not been informative at all. I wear contacts but when I went in they never told me that I had to go a few days without wearing them because they change the shape of your eye and can change the results that they get when they test your eyes. The wait is very long. They should have more informed staff because it seemed like no one knew anything.

They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I read the other reviews and Im sorry people didnt have the same excellent experience I had. I highly recommend them!! Today is day one from my surgery and I can see 20/25 already!! I wish I would have done this a long time ago!!!
