Previous 3 plus years patient at this location. Mistakes on my medical history information. Mistakes on current prescriptions I was taking. I tried to correct mistakes every visit on UCD daily visit form each patient fills out at each visit. Mistakes Noted- A blood test result on a blood lab I had not even taken. Results of a hearing test that I never had taken. Anyone missing their chart blood creatinne urine results in 2015. Anyone missing their hearing test results January 23, 2017????? These other patients results were posted to My charting.... Hmmmmm hope no one has recieved my blood test results on their chart risking being told they need cholesterol meds, thyroid meds, and their blood plateletts were excessively high......This clinic is putting patients health at risk with their charting mistakes. I left this office at the 3rd charting mistake in January 2017.

I have been a patient at the Rancho Cordova Clinic for over five years. Dr. Karna Gocke is my family physician and I could not be happier with her knowledge and caring manner. The entire staff works hard together to deliver first rate health services. The clinic includes a blood lab, a radiology x-ray facility and a host of other facilities to provide one stop shopping for many of the most basic medical needs. Being a part of the UC Davis Medical Center network, the clinic works hand in hand with the main hospital downtown and a network of clinics throughout the area.
