After working my way through a labyrinth of recorded messages (half of which were Kaisers self promoting double talk) I was told by a man on the phone that he would listen to my complaint. Since I was at a distance of twenty miles from West Lane I was unable to kiss his foot (as he obviously expected) and, hence, gave him an outline of my written critique of Kaisers mismanagement, a fraud of "upgrades" which distance what was once a great institution from any semblance of humanity. From their pharmacies to their hospital in Modesto Kaiser-Permanente is hiding out from contact with human needs and problems. If you are a fan of Robo-Medicine and other science fictions then you might like this callous organization. Otherwise, be sure your Mommy is available to hold your hand through the frustration of interfacing with Them. John Kacergis, a 76-year old member of "Senior Advantage" who regets that he has another year of this sloppy and inhumane farce.

The Doctors at Kaiser are generally pretty likable and trustworthy from a patients standpoint. The staff on the other hand tends to be rude to most patients and do not seem to enjoy the work. The pharmacys at Stockton Kaiser (Pharmacy 1 and Pharmacy 3) are a nightmare! Checking in and waiting as instructed only to walk up after 30 minutes and told to wait another 30. The staff is usually overworked and except for a few the pharmacy seems to lack order. The lines are super long with children running around bouncing into people and people generally confused of the whole process.

They are fine till you get sick and need them. I have the need for portable oxygen concentrator. They refuse to give me a power supply for said system needed to meet the needs of my job and everyday life. They changed my current system without consulting me and I had to scramble to make sure I did not run out of oxygen for work and everyday life. This past Friday I founf myself out of oxygen and had to wait for family member to come get me so I could charge my concentrator. Not a good situation to be in. Oxygen is neccessary to maintain life.

the worst service they will wait till you die they were sued for 28 million by a girl who lost her leg they do want to use money for diagnostic tests, they will tell you are fine unless you shows signs of death or if they are most if not all the doctors are robots they treat patients as if they know how their body feels more than the patients themselves they are insurance company so they are not there to help people but to send people away so do not waste they money on diagnosing and helping people

For my first general appointment I had to wait 15 min after appointment time to be seen but the that nurse came out and got me was very nice. I also went to the audiology department where they got me in exactly on time and the audiologist herself was very helpful and understanding. The lab is very busy on Saturdays but I went in on a Thursday evening and was in and out with blood work done in about 10 minutes. No fuss or mess. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the experiences.

If I could give no stars I would. Kaiser in Stockton is incompetent in coming to their own diagnosis of a patient. The dont run test etc. to make their own diagnosis. I switched from one Kaiser doctor to another for a second opinion. Before my appointment I emailed my new doctor and asked her specifically to do her own test and get her own diagnosis of me. The second sentence out of her mouth was she spoke to the other doctor. So much for listening to the patients.

I made an appointment to see a doctor. I took a day off so I can go to my appointment. All the sudden the appointment day Doctor office cancelled my appointment. The office even did not bother to call/email me about it until I saw myself on app and called KP to ask why I dont see my appointment and I been informed doctor office cancelled my appointment but dont know why the office did it. So far its was my very 1st time with KP. Will see in future how it goes.

This was our first visit to Kaiser in stockton. I must admit, everything was near to perfect. The atmosphere, the cleanliness and the professionalism shown by the staff, nurses and specially the pediatrician/doctor who saw my son. We were treated as family members. I have to say reading the reviews online made me a little doubtful, but after going there today, I highly recommend Kaiser For parents. Really impressed guys keep up the good work.

The pharmacy 1 is a joke to say the least. The doctors seem ok...but that pharmacy.... ALWAYS long lines, ALWAYS have to wait, ALWAYS have to check in BEFORE they start filling my childs meds. They should be absolutely ashamed of how their pharmacy is ran. I should find out if I can go to a different pharmacy...or if they have me stuck going to their pathetic excuse of a pharmacy.

After experiencing general hospitals and using blue cross insurance, I have to say Kaiser is the Best of the worst. After having a couple of ACL surgeries, and only paying 200$ in co pay, cant complain to much. It would have been 20% copay with blue cross, for $40,000 surgery. Pharmacy is overpriced, but your doctor can fax you or write out a prescription to a walgreens or walmart.

My doctor really cares about me. She emails me after an appointment, and she even answered my email on her day off. I also appreciate all the services I get under one roof. Once on an appointment I needed a MRI, my doctor got on her computer made a reservation, and I had my MRI few minutes later. I honestly appreciate the care I receive and the way it is delivered.

If it wasnt for this being a workers comp injury I wouldnt go. The dr completely ignored everything I said. My job took me off work and because she didnt want me off work she messed up my three months off and made it three weeks. And now everything is a mess.

Dont understand all the negativity on some of these posts. Took my son in for bloodwork. The staff was friendly and we were in and out in a jiffy, just like our other visits at our usual Kaiser facility.
