Terrible, TERRIBLE service!!!! Ester was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Doctor needs to reconsider his staff members. Last time I went to that place I went for an eye exam and a restock on my contacts. Most doctors would have you do the routine of covering one eye and reading the letters off of the eye chart but this doctor hardly checked on my eyes and kept yammering on about politics and did not do that simple routine. He just told me to read the chart and did not have me cover neither one of my eyes. He gave me the same perscrition for both eyes and sent me home. A few days later, I noticed that I had eye pain when I looked up and down and side to side. I took of my contacts thinking that was the problem but it kept hurting when I moved them. That day, I was looking at a stop sign and for some reason I had covered my right eye and I could not see the sign out of my left eye, only what was around it. I blew it off the first day thinking nothing of it but the next day the pain got worse and when I covered my right eye again, my left eyes direct vison was not intact. My right eye compensated my left. I went back to the optometrist and he had me cover my eye and read the first line with the big "E" on the chart and I could not see it at all. The doctor apologized for missing this and sent me to a nearby ophthalmologist. Long story short, I was admitted to the hospital and was diagnosed with optic neuritis in both eyes. For those who dont know, optic neuritis means inflammation in the optic nerve. I was treated with prednisone and now I have 95% vision back. If the doctor did the normal routine of covering each eye and did not fool around talking about his beliefs, I would had known sooner about the virus I had. If you are looking for a place with a good trustworthy optometrist and good service, I abousolutly do not recommend this place.

I went last week and the staff was very nice to me. The store next door is pricey but insurance covered majority of my glasses. (Granted I stay within my price range that my insurance allows.) Dont expect to buy Guess glasses if your insurance doesnt give you a higher spending limit. As for the service... it was excellent. I stayed there for 40 minutes choosing glasses and the entire time this awesome woman was patient with me telling me which one looked the best. I did not feel like she thought I was a nuisance. She even remembered me from the previous year.

Worst customer service with Ester, unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Imagine thats only in contact with her customer service skill (that obviously, needs updating)over the phone, let alone in person. Sadly, a place I will never recommend to anyone. I should have listened to couple of people I knew who happened to be their patients before, yet I gave them benefit of a doubt. Kudos to Rey though, who spoke so kindly and trying to help me over the phone.

Extremely rude customer service. All they care about is squeezing every penny out of you even when you have insurance. The doctor is a very nice guy and knowledgeable but Im hoping he will make the right decision and clean house with his staff. I shouldnt have to be disgruntled to call every time I need more contacts or glasses

Staff did not understand my insurance and requested that I pay out-of-network for half of the services, even though they were an in-network provider. This confusion delayed my appointment by an hour and a half. Doctor was quick and friendly, but did not take basic fitting measurements (e.g., PD).

This place is terrible. I came in for an eye exam, but was told to come back after the doctors 2 hour lunch. I came back 3 hours later and was told the doctor wasnt taking walk-ins despite the place not closing for another 2 1/2 hours. Absolute bullshit.

I choose vision works to buy my glasses they charged me more for my glasses WITH insurance than if I didnt have any insurance. The customer service was really bad. I felt like they just OVERcharged to get more money from my insurance.

Optometrist office has rude staff. Eye wear store next door just wants to squeeze every dollar out of you. They over price Eyewear by maxing out the insurance aND still charging you a lot of money. Save your money and time.
