I scheduled an appointment for a few months out ( first available which is not a problem) but then when I asked the receptionist Erin further questions she became very rude and refused to answer them. I asked to speak to the supervisor 4 times and she refused and eventually hung up on me. I am still shocked how unprofessional this office is. This was my first and only contact with this office and I immediately canceled my appointment. I can only imagine how the rest of the office is if they allow their receptionist to act this way with a new patient.

I wish I had seen Dr. Cook first! My appointment was to establish a new relationship since my previous neurologist was severely lacking in the patient care aspect of the job. Months later after going nowhere with my former doctor, I visited with the most thorough and thoughtful physician, Dr. Yvette Cook. I look forward to working together with her going forward.

I havent had a doctor take the time to sit down and talk to me like this in years. No blood pressure machine, she used a real Sphygmomanometer. Did I mention she? Theres no nurse to take vitals, she does it all herself, so she knows the whole picture when you visit her. More doctors would benefit greatly by being more like her.

We just received the bill from my wifes sleep study and stamped on the statement, it said BILLS PAST 60 DAYS GO TO THE CREDIT BUREAU FOR COLLECTIONS. I find this to be very offensive.
