I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL doctors office I have ever visited. I was treated like a common criminal, suffering from, what I found out from an er trip, anxiety! They proceeded to do tests that were not necessary and now I am being CHARGED for it. I was insulted and now this??? The billing office has not answered the last 4 phone calls and when I got a FULL voicemail I spoke to an appointment lady...She proceeded to tell me the bill would be forgiven. Still didnt think it was over, I was right. Got a rude phone call from the "billing lady" who informed me on my voicemail that I WAS responsible!!! Still going on when I went there in March! This place pretty much sucks.

i dont understand the other reviews. i have went to Dr Vest for years and have always reached someone and received excellent care. He is the best Dr i have ever gone to and he has a patient until he retires. Kudos Mr Vest!!!

Not only is it impossible to reach the doctor, but you no one will even answer the phone at the front desk for appointments. Ive had to call over and over again for hours on numerous occasions just to reach the front desk.
