Used to be a GREAT doctor. Kind, concerned and compassionate. Since leaving Buffalo Medical Group he has become arrogant, condescending and he selectively listens. He is rushed during appointments and he is booked months out. Called for a prescription refill and staff had no record of me being on a drug he had been prescribing for years, even when we discussed it a week prior. Not sure what happened.

The medical care is non Existence here at this office if you have good Insurance then your all set if not your only option is to see the Physician Assistant, whom she thinks shes a doctor. The staff is rude and the wait time could be up to 2 hrs and thats not even to see the doctor. Please do yourself a favor stay away from this doctor. PS he left the Buffalo Medical Group fro some reason

Dr. Charles is a brilliant and caring physician. Not only will you receive an in depth evaluation, you will also receive an excellent bedside manner and in office testing which removes the need to travel to other facilities. He is efficient and his PA Robin is of the same caliber. These are both excellent providers, which are becoming harder and harder to find.

Ive never been so pleased, and trusting, of my primary doctor (Ive had a few!) I have had several medical issues throughout the years and Dr. Charles is the only primary who I know will follow up and see to it that "we" pursue the underlying problems. So grateful that friends turned me on to him, and his staff!!!

I have spent years trying to find a primary care doctor I like. He is it. He listens to all of your concerns and takes care of all of your needs. He helped me more in one visit than my doctor I had for 5 years. He is absolutely wonderful.
