Ok so this is my second visit to this office and my last visit. I am not happy with this doctors office at all. The first visit I waited 45 mins in a room to see the doctor and this visit Ive been waiting 15mins. If I didnt want to know what my bloodwork results were and sleep study results were I would walk out. The office staff acts as though its an issue because I walk out the room and asked why am I still sitting in this room and no one else patient wise is here. They are talking about everything under the moon and stars but not telling me where this doctor is. I asked them previously about the bad reviews and they tried to say the lady was irate and lying about some of the things she said well I can say first hand no she wasnt. She was honest and accurate. I will be contacting my insurance company to find another primary doctor or to see if my old doctor is on my approval for coverage list

Completely unorganized and unproffessional office! I work in the health field and I am beyond disatisfied! First they called with test results on tests I never had!! Then they are too busy to send a copy of a physical or return a phone call. They lose insurance information and obviously test results on the right patient. I have been to this office 2 times in 2 years and both times I am reminded of how busy they are! In my office , patients come first and we dont go home until all phone calls are returned. They lost my business and the business of my 2 children. I received a second opinion for my prescription and every doctor I asked said the same thing, I was prescribed the least effective medicine for my problem! I have nothing positive to say about this tiny office!

I went once excited that there wasnt a long wait...they saw me right away..the Dr.didnt take care of my pain problem..so I just ignored it went and got my labs done.. Called them to get results they said theyd call me back but never did..I called them.back again same day..they said theyd have the dr. look at my labs right away and theyd call me back...well I never heard from them and the office closed so I had to wait til the next day..another day wout my medication..I called the next day and still no answers.on my results..I just got a "well call u right back".. Ugh.. Hortible customer care.. After I get my results and my prescription..im never going back.

I have been with this place for several years. I think they are not bad. I am pretty happy with Dr. Nigam since she is a good communicator and easy to work with. I had one incident of being booked with another patient at the same time for the same doctor. It took me an hour to wait. The other thing I have issue with is that you have to make an appointment for every inquiry you have. I dont really want to pay just for a question. I dont know if other places the doctor is more approachable. Overall I like the doctors and I would stay with them until something really bad happen. Hopefully that wont ever happen.

Ive had military doctors for the last 6 years and decided to look for a personal physician. My coworkers recommended Dr. Nunez, so I made a phone call and was able to make an appointment the next day. The staff is very friendly, professional, and approachable. Dr. Nunez is very understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. Every question that I have had, he was able to answer or find an answer. I am very satisfied with West Cary Family Physicians and would challenge anyone else who would say otherwise.

The doctors and staff at this office are great. Very friendly and really good with kids. I recently brought my kids here for their flu shot and the staff were great in making them feel comfortable and less nervous. They are also great with scheduling appointments on short notice whenever someone in my family is sick. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gunjan Nigam for several years. She is a very knowledgeable doctor and is genuinely interested in my health. She takes the time to understand my ailments and then discusses treatment options. The staff at this practice is very professional and friendly. I really appreciate being able to talk to staff when I need to, and get same-day appointments as needed.

WORST! Stay away if you want anything done in a timely manner. Labs have to be sent out and then when they do return they are not reviewed even within 48 hours. If you do need to know what your lab results are more quickly you can make an appointment, pay them another co-pay and then they will go ahead and review your labs (per receptionist).

I have been a patient of Dr. Nunez for several years. He and the staff at West Cary Family Family Physicians are always Professional, patient, and friendly. There is always little to no wait time and I always feel comfortable asking any questions I have. I highly recommend this place and send all of my friends and family there.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I usually hate going to the doctor.. not this time. Less than a five minute wait, friendly and outgoing staff, genuine care and respect from nurses and doctors. Took time to understand my background and needs. Had blood drawn and didnt even faint!!! These guys are awesome! You will be in great hands

2 stars because I was billed far more than expected. I was billed for 2 office visits, as explained later, because I "asked questions" during my routine preventative physical (if you cant ask questions relevant to your health during your physical, when should you?). Agree office and staff are nice.

Ive been a patient here for a few years now and I have always been very satisfied with my care. All of the staff members are very nice and I always feel that Dr. Nunez takes time to listen and address my concerns. Its really great to have a primary doctor that I feel I can rely on.

Love the doctor., staff and office are friendly. The doctor takes time with me to review all my issues and some great recommendations on my diet and lost some weight. Never realized how much I was eating. Me and my husband are now competing to see who can lose the most weight.
