The first time I had a visit, I told her my about my prescription drugs and she sent them in electronically to express scripts and there were no problems. I take Adderall which is a CII prescription drug and there are certain precautions that are taken when its filled. More on that later. Three months later when its time to call in for a refill, I got the nurse on duty while Dr. Daud was out on vacation, and she told me that I couldnt have a refill for another month. So in my file it showed that I couldnt refill it for a month after my medicine wouldve run out. Strike number one. So now I had to go back to my old doctor, who is 30 minutes away to be able to get this filled. Theres not enough characters for strike number two so Im have to just move onto strike number three. 3 months later, its time for another Adderall refill, I make my appointment with at least 30 more pills left. And while Im in the appointment, at the end it takes Dr. Daud 10 minutes to send that prescription in electronically. Have no idea what she was doing that took 10 minutes. Two days later I get a note from Express Scripts sorry this is not your medication. She actually sent in the wrong prescription. So I call the office, I talk to the triage nurse Deborah and she says no problem will send it in for you. So two days later I get an email from Express Scripts again please see your doctor about your prescription because we cant fill it. So I call back, tell Deborah what happened, she says sure no problem Ill send it again. This goes on for a total of five weeks. By week three, Im copping an attitude with her because she clearly isnt doing something correctly. By week 4, Im so angry she cant deal with me anymore so she now puts me on the phone with the other nurse Michelle who has stellar customer service skills, I must say. She was very kind to me and calming and she said no problem I will try to do this again. So Michelle cant get it to work either and she states she called Express Scripts and they dont know what the problem is. Deborah, too, has already stated that she called Express Scripts each week that I made those requests. So now these two nurses are telling me that five representatives from Express Scripts in five different calls couldnt figure out what the problem was. So I make one phone call and find out what the problem is. They were faxing in a CII prescription. A CII can only be sent electronically or via the mail. Faxing is not allowed. Yeah so can you see why I dont go here anymore? And what re-opened this wound is that on Saturday, February 25, 2017 I got a bill from a collection agency for 20 bucks. Two different $10 charges charged on dates I didnt even have appointments. Yeah Im going to pay it. But Im gonna pay it knowing that theyre not gonna get the whole 20 bucks and I am happy about that. I think one of the charges is for writing me that same prescription that I told you about above. Theyre charging me to write a prescription for an error the doctor made. And since I didnt have an appointment on either dates that are listed for the $10 charges I really think one of them is also not a legitimate charge. Will they have a legal explanation, of course they will. But its easy to just slip something in there on a date that you didnt have an appointment and say oh we had to do this follow-up thing in so that costs the customer $10. In the end, paying $20 is worth not hurting my credit score and its worth avoiding more time and energy and anger on this place.

First, I had an appt scheduled but still had to wait a long time to be seen. When I went to give my urine sample, there was urine on the community bowl of cups that I had to use. No soap in the bathroom to wash my hands. When I finally got into the room and had to undress for my pap smear, my door opens to face the lobby. SO that means I am naked with my paper towel on, and I can wave to the person checking in the lobby. She quickly went over my medical history, and as I was explaining one of my more serious health issues the nurse bursts into the room (may I remind you I am naked) and tells Shahnaz her niece is on the phone. She immediately gets up to take the call leaving OUR conversation on hold. When she comes back, she tells me to lie down; it is now time for my pap smear. Instead of preparing the room for the treatment, she has me spread my legs and expose my glory and THEN she gets out all of the equipment. She decides to throw away my Nuva Ring (birth control) without asking. There goes money down the drain. Once everything is done, she has me sit by her desk so we can discuss more about my health. I asked for blood work, and she asked me what my first name and last name was. Did she even bother to look in my chart?????? Has she is seen my chart?????? Let me say this is at the END of my appt. I felt like I did not mean anything to her. Once I checked out (which I stood for about 5 mins before someone even asks "Have you been helped?) I watched one of the girls turn over the room I just used. I casually walked by ( I am in the medical field and I like to see how people clean) and noticed she did not use sprays or wipes of any kind. Who knows what other female crotch germs I have now. The same lady walks to the front with her gloves on and types on the computer in the lobby!!!!!!!!! THe other receptionist has other patient charts out. I saw other patient names and what prescriptions they needed. HIPAA violation!!!!!!!!!! I refuse to go back. I hope my experience will deter you from visiting a doctor who does not care about you but rather just your check. Did I mention they made me pay a co-pay even though my insurance is 100% covered. This means I do not pay a co-pay!

There are many issues with this office. The doctor and particular members of the staff treat patients disrespectfully, and dare I say are incompetent at times. I had to argue over and over about the medication I was prescribed (it took multiple calls for the doctor and staff to realize that they were in error) during which I was spoken down to by several members of the staff. The doctor was gone for more than a month from the country and during this time the staff couldnt get things straight. When I explained to the doctor after she came back about the issues I had, she was dismissive. I continued to give the office a chance because people are imperfect and make mistakes. Today I have reached the end of my patience with the office and particularly with Dr. Daud. First there was a problem with a mechanism in the office and when I asked for assistance, she walked in and spoke to me in a condescending manner and come to find out it was not user error on my behalf but on the behalf of the staff. I also had a family emergency and had to care for my niece (mind you this is a "family practice"). I didnt have the 24 hour advance notice time in order to cancel or reschedule so I went to my appointment. My niece who is accustomed to being with her parents was crying and the doctor came into to room where i was speaking with the nurse and she spoke to me in a very indelicate manner in front of my 11 year old son whom I have educated to speak to people respectfully. She told me I had to leave and did not do so kindly or with any amount of respect for me as a person. As I left my son expressed his horror at the way I was treated by this "educated" individual. There are a few members of the staff who are terrific, I do not want to leave that out. But the doctor and a few members of the staff should look inward and consider that they need to be better people, and perhaps not be condescending when they are in fact wrong in certain instances. It makes them look foolish.
