I have never written a negative review like this before, however, after my experience at Family Medical of Sayebrook I dont hesitate to at all. When I arrived ten minutes early the receptionist was quite unpleasant. While waiting for my appointment the nurses kept calling everyone in the lobby that arrived after me. My husband and I were the only ones left in the lobby. 40 minutes after my scheduled appt. I was called in. Nurse was inpatient and not accurate (asked my height and didnt even measure). In the past my yearly exams consisted of: - Breast exam - full head to toe check-up - pregnancy test - mental review Complete check-up to make sure my physical and mental health are a okay. After telling this nurse a total of 4 times why I was there (a basic yearly exam) she made a big deal about it like I was inconveniencing her and absolutely ridiculous that I wanted to get that done. She started to argue with me telling me everything they wouldnt be doing for me that day (including a pap). Finally, after me telling her that’s the whole reason I was there, she started to set everything up but very angry/mad/rude. She left the room and I was getting my coat and about ready to leave but was worried my insurance would not let me go somewhere else so felt forced to stay. I was humiliated and so upset. I did not get: - a pregnancy test - no head to toe physical - dr came in and went right to my breasts - didnt even sit down and talk with me - she was in and out in because they wanted to gone so they could go home. All together my experience there was awful. I felt like they didnt care about my wellbeing, 0 customer care, and don right appalling.

Doesnt listen I hurt my leg and when I did it chipped a bone under my knee cap and when the x-rays were taken at this dr.s office she sold have sent me to the ER right away but didnt and referee me to a specialist who told me I need surgery asap. It seem like all she did was refer you to someone else.

You are kidding that you dropped my hard working husband because he changed his appt. Really!! Should have know you dont even listen to him at all.
