I have seen the same Dr. for 24 years and outgrowing my pediatricians office naturally I started the search for a Dr. for the remainder of my life.... After making an appointment at Carolina Forest Family Medicine, I called numerous times to get the location because my GPS was not currently working but no answer? I left a message, no reply? When I finally made it still on time, The two blonde ladys at the front desk were extremely rude and dismissive! After filling out the new patient information they told me I was not covered by insurance, I said there must be some mistake I just recently used my insurance card at the dentist. They dismissed that and said I could pay the full charge or leave. I said is there anyway we can call the insurance company and the two ladies aggressively told me that was against company policy! I said can I call and have it faxed over and she said yes but you arent covered so that would be unnecessary. Thankfully my dentist office is directly across the street and I walked over and the called to check my insurance eligibility immediately and were happy to do so. Turns out I still currently had full coverage. I returned to the Dr. office and told them the news. Again I was aggressively turned down, finally a decent lady from the back must have herd the vernacular and tone they used when speaking to a new sick patient and spoke up and said we can call the insurance and check for eligibility! They must have been mistaken or just lazy... Finally once they agreed to accept my insurance they seemed happy to tell me I have not met my deductible and I would be required to pay 100 dollars before even being seen! I paid the bill and politely thanked them and waited. Next my blood pressure is taken by the physicians assistant, she was curious why it was so high and I explained.... my appointment was at 10:30am its currently 11:45 and Im now waiting to see the Dr. so far everything past the front desk has been great service! When looking for a new Dr. I want a place that is welcoming and willing to help when something doesnt flow as naturally as it normally would! Not only am I sick but now Im angry and feel like Ive been very disrespected! I have worked in Dr. offices and made schedules and checked insurance policies numerous times and when things dont work out as planned you go with the flow and provide the best most kind service possible no matter how stressful the situation is! I am disappointed in the front desk staff at this establishment! Very rude, condescending, and disrespectful ladies! Although; the service provided by the physicians assistant, and Dr. was exemplary! I felt in great hands and was comfortable being open about all my current health problems and the kind Dr. took amazing care of me and made me feel very comfortable! I will be returning to this office simply because it is extreamly hard to find offices taking new patients!!! Hopefully next time will be a much better expierence on Novemember 28th!!!

Worst place 2 ever go 2!!! I wait once a month 4 over an hour just 2 get an allergy shot!!! They always skip around and never in order!!! Then I actually heard the front desk lady ask a nurse if she wants 2 give me tge shot and her answer with me right there was NO I mean why are you a nurse then!!! Also the last shot the nurse tried 2 give it 2 me in my shoulder not the place its suppose 2 go! I had 2 tell her no then she tried 2 put a bandade on it and I explained ur not suppose 2 do that with allergy shots and she still tried 2 put it on!!! Really worse place ever!!! Dont do it go somewhere else trust me!!!

I want to start off by saying Fritz is outstanding. Ive been going to this practice six or seven years. The office staff completely lets it down. The never return calls, make appointment setting a bit more difficult, changes appointments without any type of notice, and when I needed to see a specialist, they have made it a nightmare with chart transfer and communication has been horrible. Unfortunately when it comes to my health, this level of service isnt acceptable and I will have to find a new practice. Not too surprising they didnt care about that either. Truly unfortunate.

DO NOT GO HERE. If youre content to wait two hours and deal with incompetent office staff, take your chances. I arrived at 1:40 and didnt get seen until nearly 2:15. Moreover, the patient who came in after me was seen before I was, and there were only three people waiting, myself included. The horrendous PA by the last name Forbus was the worst. I told him all my symptoms and went home feeling worse than when I arrived. Do not go here. At all. Youre probably not gonna even see a doctor. Just a PA or Nurse Practitioner.

When I started going to this doctors office, I really enjoyed it. However, my past few visits have been horrible. Not that the doctors are bad - but the service is terrible. I called several times to make an appointment - but got a busy signal. When I did get through, it went to a voice mail that was FULL. I think the changes came when they added Urgent Care to their list of services.

Horrible!! I have been here twice and I will NEVER go back again! Both times the front desk clerks were rude, nasty, and very short with me....I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time (both times) to get taken back by a RUDE Nurse. Never have I seen such horrible service! The PA was no better. Never go here!

I have been trying to call and make an appointment since 9:00 am. I left a voice mail and received no return call. I then called back and kept hitting zero for the operator and it kept going back to voice mail. Perhaps they should hire a receptionist who can actually answer the phone.

After giving this place chance after chance I stopped going. I experienced the worst patient care, one doctor had the ugliest attitude, and not to mention they NEVER answer their phone. Its not the cleanest place Ive ever been either. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

Fritz is really nice and listens to what you have to say!! He has really helped me to maintain my health. His nurse does referrals and helps with any medical problems !! They also try to get you into the office if you have any medical issues!!I really trust fritz!

Absolutely love Victoria and Dr. Cotiaux. Both are very pleasant and caring. They take their time to listen to your concerns in order to properly address them.
