I had to wait months for a new patient appointment, I went in an saw Dudley Waddle PA (nice man) I needed to get my refills for my regular medications and Dudley agree to filling my medication because I was going to be a permanent patient. He told me that he was calling it in to my pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy to pick them up and they had not been called in, so I called the office and spoke to Stephanie and she told me that Dudley wrote me prescriptions and gave them to me and I told her that they were not given to me she said I will call them in so I went back to the pharmacy and still no prescriptions. So I called the office again and then Kelly gets on the phone and tells me that because I lost the prescriptions and I had been to another doctor before that they called the pharmacy and told them all about me and they would no longer be seeing me (I only had one appointment). I have been a State Certified Pharmacy Technician for 15 years and I know the laws. This office needs to read up on the laws and treat their patients with respect and talk to their patients. I dont recommend this office.

Terrible front desk staff. Waited almost 2 months for a new patient appointment and the day of my appointment my newborn kept me up the night before and I was running late for my appointment...I called to let them know and to see if they would still take me and the lady told me yes as long as I got there within 5 minutes. I quickly put my daughter in the car and headed over there and I was there within 7 minutes (I was so upset about being late I watched the time) and when I got there the lady told me I was 20 minutes late and needed to re-schedule. So I tell them that I would call in to re-schedule, because I was on the verge of tears. I call them when I get home to find out the earliest I could get an appointment by, and the lady keeps me on hold 4 times just to tell me another lady will be in to set up a time for me. Over an hour goes by and still no call, so I call back and ask to speak with a supervisor. The lady wouldnt put her/him on the phone so I will be going elsewhere. Such a rude place and not at all what their website advertises.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Papottos for over 5 years and have received the best medical care and advice--ever. Right from the start, he really listened and understood what I was saying. He championed my efforts to get better and said "Ill refer you anywhere you want to go--just tell me who and where and well make it happen". Thanks to Dr. Papotto Im walking normally--not painfully limping--after having surgery at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville FL. Awesome! The staff at Life in a Blender are consistently bright, cheerful and efficient. You can tell they love their job. If you want to get better this is the place to go!

I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen, Judy and the staff are always incredibly nice with friendly service plus the follow up is second to none. Dr. Papotto and staff sincerely cares about our well being and health. Life In a Blender Family Medicine is highly recommended.

Love Life in a Blender office. Staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Papotto and Tara the FNP are wonderful. Office always follows up with phone calls, questions, and refills. Never in 4 years had to wait more than a couple minutes for appointments.

The front desk staff is very unprofessional. Trying to get an appointment isnt easy when youre constantly placed on hold. To top it off the staff always sounds like their bothered by your call. Going to find a different doctor in town.
