Recently my pharmacy called me to inform me that the medication that I have been taking is no longer available in tablet form, and stated that I need to have my doctor re-write the prescription for capsules. They said that they had reached out to my doctor numerous times but had been unable to contact the office. I then followed up and called the office to relay the pharmacys instructions. Three days later, the pharmacy called again and said they received a new prescription, but it was for the discontinued tablets. So I called Dr. Lehrs office a second time and relayed the information again, stressing that the prescription needed to be for capsules. This same scenario has been on repeat for over two weeks now. The doctor sends in the incorrect prescription, the pharmacy calls me, I call the doctor. The fifth time I had to call, the receptionist was quite rude and snippy with me when I told her that the doctor was sending incorrect info to the pharmacy, and hung up on me. I have now been completely out of my medication for three days and the withdrawal is quite terrible: hot flashes, insomnia, disorientation, and small seizures. I am going to have to go to an urgent care center in order to have a correct prescription written so that I can get my medication. The level of incompetence shown by this office is beyond belief!

Seriously folks, I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me with a RN. "They are just like doctors," says the receptionist. Horrible experience. Like me, I am sure you readers have busy lives, dont waste your time with Dr. Lehr, Tara (the nurse), or the other nurse...
