Ive been going here for about 5 or 6 years, I feel bad writing this because when I first started going there, it was amazing. It was a very small office and there were a handful of dentists. The dentists actually used to do the cleanings and everything. It was really nice. They expanded into the office next door and since then it has been horrible. The other reviews on here are spot on. They are so concerned about getting you in and out that the quality and customer service really suffers. They work so hard on speed and yet a cleaning takes 1.5-2 hrs because theyve booked too many appointments and you just move those the process like an assembly line except with long waits in between each step. If you like to get your teeth worked on in a place that feels like a dental factory, where the people hate what they do, you will love this place. My wife has always had a phobia of the dentist and she went here and they actually made it worse. They werent comforting at all and actually compounded her fear. I really couldnt recommend anyone go here.

The WORST service I have ever experienced. We had a "10:00am" appointment, APPARENTLY along with 10 other individuals. Myself, my husband, and my four year old son waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and STILL had yet to be seen (mind you, we were just there for an annual cleaning). When we arrived the waiting room was so full there was no seats available to sit down, so of course I asked the girl at the front desk how long of a wait it was and she said "not long at all". Not long at all??? An hour and fifteen minutes is INSANE! The interior of the office is very nice, so its an absolute shame that there scheduling is so out of control. They DESPERATLY need someone to come in there and figure out how to manage the office better. I now have wasted an entire morning and time that I cannot get back because we ended up just walking out, I was not gunna wait any longer. As they had called me back, and then left my husband and my son STILL waiting, as I was taken back and put in ANOTHER room to wait longer

Do not waste an hour and a half out of your day to come to this office! I had a scheduled appointment only waited about 15 minutes in the waiting lobby... not bad... however sat lying back in the chair for AN HOUR. Once I was finally acknowledged the dentist was not friendly and rushed in and out for 5 minutes of seeing me. I had this appointment for 2 reasons... one a chipped tooth to get filed and the other and the main reason to fill a cavity. He did not even look at my chart for my visit, filed the tooth down and went on his way. Unbelievable and very unprofessional needless to say my husband and I both had horrible experiences and will never be returning.

My fiancé and I both go to the Dental Group - or used to! Expect to wait at least an hour before being called into the office and another 30 minutes to be seen. They pile people back there and do not care for your time or issues. The front desk is also very unprofessional. They are rude to the guests and were talking about going out to bars and getting roofied. Best advise... stay away. There was 6 of us waiting for an 1030 to 1130 appointment past 1230 and everyone was complaining about their bad experience - some say the dentists are rough but I never had the chance to even meet them, I walked out after 1.45 hours (and this was my second time walking out).

I went there. I had cleaning done and it wasnt great but okay. Then I went back and they wanted to fill some old fillings. The first filling was a terrible experience. I had to go back and they did try to fix it. The second one was better. However, the first one actually broke my tooth a few weeks later. Now its going to cost me for a crown. I have gone to OSU students for the last 30 years and I am going back because the students do a better job. This place is so worried about getting the job done quickly (even though you wait quite a bit) that the quality is extremely poor. I will not be back and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to go either.

I was new to the area and needed an emergency appointment. they were able to see me right away and refer out for a root canal. so i have little experience with their actual work. But I am extremely disappointed in their client care. I had a question about a bill i received 3 months later. I thought i had paid in full at the time of service. I called 5 times, each time i was promised a call back. I NEVER received a call back from them. one time i even said, "so youre going to call me back? bc i have heard that before" and they said, "yes, i will call you." they never called. not worth it. dont go here.

The other reviewers pretty much sum it up. They are always late. I once waited over an hour for a 4:00 pm appointment. Then they said my insurance wouldnt cover my whole visit cost and asked for another $10 or so. I told them "no". After the service I received, I would not be paying the additional cost. I only go there to have my teeth cleaned. I always try to schedule the first appointment of the day so I can be assured I will be in/out in an hour or less. It usually works. They do a fine job of just cleaning teeth. Its their customer service/scheduling that is terrible.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Do not go there! There should be an option for NO STARS. Had an appointment and waited a very short time to get back into a chair. This is apparently a set-up based on other reviews Ive read. Once back in the room, it took 45 minutes for the dentist to come in and numb my mouth for the work I needed. He never came back!! After, 59 more minutes of waiting, I got up and walked out. The staff at the desk on my way out just looked at me with these mindless expressions. The most unprofessional dental group EVER. Run far, far away.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Our first appt was so overbooked for the time that people were standing around. Our second appt was for my 8 year old that needed two baby teeth removed. The dentist doing the work had no compassion and told her to chill out in a rude way because she was wiggling. Both of my kids said they never wanted to go back there. Now 6 months later at a new place for a check up they inform me there is still a piece of her tooth left in her gum. Obviously he didnt even take the time to make sure that he got it all out.

WARNING !!!!!! Be aware and cautious with this practice / office and DR. Morgan. DOUBLE CHECK WITH YOUR INSURACE ABOUT EVERY CHARGE!!!!! Question EVERYTHING they say and VERIFY, VERIFY, VERIFY, This is a last resort type of place. Do your research and find one of the MANY dentist that have ALL positive reviews. I even question the few positive reviews they have. Employees most likely. ;) Other names/ offices they operate under : Dover Dental Franklinton Dental The Dentist @ Hard Rd.
