So i brought my daughter in on october 26 2016 to have her eyes checked. They referred her to a pediatric eye dr. So after her appointment there..turned out she needed a really strong prescription in one of her eyes. I then brought her prescription back to this place for it to be filled. They informed me it would take a while to be manufactured. So around december i began calling on a weekly basis to check if they were ready and every time i called they said the same thing...they werent ready yet. This went on for months. So finally MARCH of THIS YEAR..they finally give me some advice..to call the insurance company and talk to them because "They did everything right on their end" they said. So after hours upon hours of waiting on hold and being transferred around the phone system..they tell me that the order was DENIED MONTHS AGO because these "professionals" didnt do the paperwork correctly. So to make this long story short..my then 4 YEAR OLD suffered through school..with being almost blind in one of her eyes since october 0f 2015 and here we are April of 2016 and we have to wait that LONG WHILE that it takes for them to make them because they had to resend the paperwork. Dont ever go here..this place is the most unprofessional place ever. And obviously they dont have a clue as of what they are doing. You would think that since they messed up..that they would offer my child a pair of glasses that were affordable for me being that the ones we were waiting on with her prescription were in the upper part of $300. But nothing. Once again..they take no responsibility for their actions. They told me it was my insurace providers fault that they never informed them that it was denied. Smh If i could give this place NEGATIVE one million stars..I WOULD. MY CHILD SUFFERED BEHIND THESE PEOPLE.

I was not surprised to find another bad review for this fraudulent, garbage of a place. Roman - I will make it my personal mission to take you out of business for the way you conducted yourself with my immigrant parents. Shame on you for taking advantage of people and swindling them out of money and messing with their precious vision.

Great service . The staff were very helpfull on finding a pair of frames cuz is to much to wait 3 months for a pair of glasses with the state ins but if u need dem why wait on them . Just purchase a pair and got dem within 2 days
