Horrible service and messy sales floor. As a customer at the Bayshore location for close to a decade I returned for something as simple as a copy of my prescription and a pupillary measurement (which is literally holding up a ruler to ones face). After waiting ten minutes I received a hand written copy of the prescription with doctors chicken scratch and a grumpy employee telling me they dont measure that anymore. When he condescendingly scoffed over purchasing glasses online he told me that nothing would ever be to the lens crafters quality. Which reminded me of the last time I was there and someone refused to fix my glasses because, while they were purchased there, the store wouldnt want to be responsible for breaking them more. HELLO WARBY PARKER! (new online shopper)

I have always had good service here. I have been a customer here for years and they know me by name and always have an extra spare set of contacts in my prescription when I run out. The store is convenient and it is always a pleasure.
