Its an optometrist in a mall, dont expect too much. As soon as I saw three people in the waiting room I felt like it was going to be a miserable experience. I asked the clerk if this was one of those deals where they schedule 5 people at the same time to see one doctor. She sheepishly admitted it was true but said it would go fast. She was right. I really didnt wait too long to be seen and then to cash out. The doctor was cool and friendly. He gave me a free pair of contacts and let me bypass the follow up visit since Ive been wearing contacts for 28 years. He also gave me my prescription without grief. The clerk tried to match the price I got on line elsewhere but couldnt. I appreciate her trying. Helpful hint: do not sign the consent for a $40 follow up contact lens visit! This is mainly for newbies. Also find a better price for contacts on line and see if they can beat it. They are willing to price match.

Horrible experience. They filled my daughter eye glasses under an expired prescription and then demand that I pay for their mistakes. The general manager Shannaki refused to follow up or listen. I never got a follow up call from her or the other manager Mary. I have had this problem unresolved for the past several months. The worst customer service ever. If you choose to shop here beware if you purchase the replacement plan it only a matter of time before your screwed. I have been a patron of Visionmart for over ten years. This is the treatment you should expect.

I came to this location about 3 years ago to but a pair of glasses for my son and I was pleased with the quality of the glasses. Although it was a bit pricey, I was fine with it because of the quality. I recently came back to get some information about the prices and I was very disappointed. To start off the employees were very rude. They did not explain anything or answer any off my questions. She typed some numbers into her calculator told me a price and left it at that. I will not be returning to this location.

I bought a pair of glasses, turns out the prescription was off. when I went back the rude ladies there kept brushing me off. I had to return three different time before I could be seen again. I called the corporate office and kept getting the same lady. I asked to go to another office I kept being referred to the same office where I was blown off again. the staff there is so unprofessional. I would never go back there. I had such a horrible I will never go to another visionworks.

The staff is ok. Be careful going here. Especially, if you have insurance. Make sure to pay attention to your prescription and what kind of lens the doctor has recommended. They will tack on unnecessary prices for things that you dont even need. So, be sure to ask questions if you have insurance that basically covers your eye wear and all your really responsible for is the co-pays.

Staff and doctor were incredibly friendly and respectful even though I had a unique, confusing situation with my insurance. Process was very fast. I got new lenses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. Everything was explained very clearly and professionally. I highly reccomend coming here for you glasses needs.

I had been going to a private practice for years but had to switch due to insurance. I am highly satisfied with the service and quality of glasses received at this Vision Works location. The process was easy and quick, and they offer a wide selection.

They were really slow and didnt tell me until after my appointment that I would have to pay $30 to see why contacts they sold me were messing with my eyes. The appointment took 5 minutes. Will not be returning to this location ever.
