To make a very long experience short, beware of this office!!! The pros to this office are that Dr. Harrison is very comprehensive in his eye exams and definitely listens to any concerns that you may have regarding your eyes. The cons are that the woman who works at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE AND PUSHY!! I later found out that this woman is his wife so it does not matter if you complain this will never change. If you ask to not deal with her it does not matter she will take over anyway. I went in for my routine eye exam and paid $155 cash, this women tried to tell me that I would have to schedule another appointment the following week to check the "trial lenses" that I was given and it would be another $100 then she changed it to $85. I was very taken back as the doctor did not even know if I would need another appt. Come to find out this office is very overpriced. She would not give me a copy of my rx when I went back the following week(even though by law its yours) and was pushing me to purchase my lenses there. I would be aware and ask a lot of questions prior to going to this office.

I have gone to Dr. Harrison for almost thirty years. The people are very nice. The wait is usually very short and Dr. Harrison is professional and very friendly. I was given sample lenses to help figure out if I would be able to wear them before I invested a lot of money. Several years ago, I had injured my eye on a Friday night and Dr. Harrison saw me in his office on a Saturday morning before he took his daughter to college. Of course, I was impressed by this and very grateful.

I have been going to Dr. Harrison for over ten years. Everyone there is wonderful. Dr. Ron, Sikora and their staff treat people like family. I know thats an over-used phrase but it does really apply here. They have always gone above and beyond or me and my family. You should give them a try!

Tina was helpful, polite and very patient in helping me pick out a frame. She was very knowledgeable about different types of progressive lenses. She guided me to make a good decision without feeling pressured. I look forward to helping me with glasses in the future.

Dr. Harrison and his staff are wonderful. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and friendly. I have never waited long to be seen. Office visits are quick, but I still feel like all my needs are attended to while Im there. I highly recommend this office.
