I went to an office of theirs for just a vision check, and promised to blanket the internet with bad reviews because of my experience if they continued to disregard my concerns over their fraud. I went for a routine eye exam at the Cermak office after my VSP insurance recommended them as a fully covered practice. They billed it as medical so neither VSP nor my health insurance would cover the $180. I called to straighten it out and when I wasnt getting hung up on or placed on hold I was told that it was my fault. They accidently billed me as having a medical condition that I never had and would not own up to it. FRAUD!!!!! Now I am stuck paying. (Dr. Vinca)

I am in search for the corporate offices direct comment area. I would love them to be able to read this. I just got home from the Berwyn office, having my yearly exam by Dr. Graves. After the exam he had me sit at the desk of Anna Malek. The young lady not only billed me, but took the time, and I do mean time at least 30 min, to make sure I received all of the insurance benefits I had coming to me. I feel this was and exceptional job this young lady did. I truly hope she is commended for making her customers feel well taken care of. Truly Debra Sidabras

Ive been to rosin multiple times in the last 10 years for basic eye checkups. Finally after years of having 20/20 vision I started noticing this chronic headaches and alrighty vision change. I need glasses, and the process was still very very great. All of the staff is Fantastic.

Had a horrible experience with a rude and insensitive worker.. Stephanie Aguilar, Had to request someone with higher authority... she needs customer service experience not to insult or make seniors(myself) feel bad, for forgetting to pick up an order.
