I have been coming to this office for at least 6 years probably more. Today I had a 11:30 am appointment and walked in just as the 11:00 appointment went in. I wanted to check out frames,etc. At 12:05 I had to walk out due to other commitments. My question is this, If you have a appointment at 11:00 and you know it will take over an hour why would you schedule a 11:30 appointment? Nothing special happened in this appointment as you can clearly hear the conversation going on as you try on frames. Maybe the good doctor does not believe other peoples time is valuable. I have fantastic insurance and he has done very well as we are allowed a second pair every year which I take advantage of. I do know this

As a student, I have been forced to see other eye doctors for the past few years but I recently had a very bad experience with one and had a new pair of glasses with an incorrect prescription. I went back to Dr. Juckett, my familys optometrist, and despite having the wrong insurance, he took care of me. I really trust this practice as a whole and I have much respect for him as a person. He is very thorough, makes sure you are happy with your results, and takes responsibility for every outcome. He also has good report with his lens manufacturer, which is a big deal if there is ever a mistake. My only complaint is that the scale doesnt go up to 6 stars here.

On each visit, Dr. Juckett and his staff have been professional, prompt, and thorough. Ive never had a wait, nor have I ever felt rushed through any appointment. Dr. Juckett takes a lot of time with his patients, and takes time to come to the right solution for patients. Having visited other optometrists, I would easily say I always feel best with the prescriptions Ive received from this office. Office staff are professional and take time with whatever needs patients have. Thanks to Dr. Juckett and his staff.

Very professional and gentle, had a piece of wood saw-dust in my eyelid, it was an unbearable pain... doctor took it out with no problem. They know what they are doing. One of my employees had the same problem the next day but with fiber-glass, the doctor removed it without a problem. Its increadible how such a small piece of debris can create such great irratation in the eye. Prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was great!! Highly recommend!

Ive been going to Dr. Juckett for 6 years now! His office is always well keep and running on schedule. I apreciate the upfront cost that his staff provide and the assistance in selecting frames. They have always helped me to maximize the use of my eyecare benefits. A great example of the local hospitality and charm rather than big name branded services in park ridge.

Dr. Juckett was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped fix a botched prescription from another clinic in the area and got my insurance company to pay for it even though I wasnt eligible yet. Fantastic service and great results. Highly recommended
