I have been going to Rosins Eye Care for over 10 years now. They are located a little bit east of Greenwood Ave. (between a bank and Bakers Square restaurant). The front desk employees are professional, helpful, courteous and will even help you find the BEST prices and match or beat the price of another competitor. Juanita, the office manager, has been working at this location for over 18 years. She is very, very courteous, kind, personable, professional and always super helpful. The wait time is usually less than 10-minutes. The Doctors are always thorough and very knowledgeable. They also stay on top of the latest technology in terms of their profession, which I appreciate very much. There is free parking and ample spaces for parking. The facility is always clean and there is a lab on-site for adjusting frames or anything else on your glasses. I wear contacts 95% of the time, but when my seasonal allergies kick in I switch over to my glasses for a few weeks. If you are looking for knowledgeable doctors, friendly customer service and a place where your wait time is less than 10-minutes -- hit up this place for your next appointment.

Was scheduled today, January 18 at 3:20 PM for an appointment to get my glasses. I was notified by Josh from scheduling on January 4. Both my mother and I took days off of our job for the appointment and thank God I called ahead because apparently I was never scheduled. They could pull none of my information up in the system. I called the 800 number on the website, in which I was told I can only be scheduled for a later day, and that the appointment I originally had got moved to the 20 (a day that I have to work). I wasnt even notified this happened or that there was any issue with the appointment scheduling. When I called the 855 number that the voicemail was left on, I was put on hold for maybe 15 seconds before hearing "all associates are assisting other callers," followed by "Hi, this is the desk of ____ please leave your name and number." It went to someones voicemail. Horrible scheduling services. Please, teach people that schedule where the proper buttons on a keyboard are before they screw up someone elses day.

The worst place to go! I will never recommend them to anyone. I had an appointment in may 2015 and they said they will have my new glasses in 6-8weeks. I called every month to check on my glasses and was told they were still waiting for the glasses. Now it is Jan 2017 and I am told I need to call my insurance because it has been almost a year. It should have never went on this long. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My husband and I picked Rosin initially because they took our insurance and had good reviews. Once we came we were very pleased with the level of service and how friendly everyone was. We had other options closer to our house but decided to stick with Rosin due to our pleasant experience and how down to earth and professional everyone was that worked there.

We had appointments at 5:40 and they told my wife that we have cancelled your appointment Even though she was there on times and I told them to have doctor to call us but as of right know he havent call us and I have going to rosin eye care for so many years and I try to call there corporate office but no one picking up phone

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They work with you and your insurance to get you the best price! Doctors are just as friendly and knowledgeable and will take the time to explain any question and all options to you! Ive been going for several years and now my husband is a patient too.

Not only are the docs good, but so are the opticians. I have never had to return glasses because the lenses were not set properly. Take the insurance too! My puppy chewed up my glasses and they were replaced in less than a week at under 20% of the original cost.
