Too bad I have to even give a star because if 0 was an option I would look for a -10! DONT go here and dont work with Sara M. I sadly had a poor experience here. The lady I dealt with was unprofessional, rude, had bad manors (texting in front of me), and had sub average hygiene. Her name was SARA M. She kept trying to put me into glasses I didnt like ignoring my requests for other options, looks and feels, she would just down play any of my comments talking about herself...I am not sure if she was trying to get a date or a tip or what but it was very strange. After I finally just flat out told her I wasnt happy with the glasses she had shown me she brought me ones that were way out of my price range, insulting me about how much money I make and how I dressed she suggested I look at the womens glasses because I was being a B!t...you can figure the rest out. As you can guess I will not be doing business here in the future. All I can say Is be careful if you go there and DO NOT work with a girl names Sara M. I dont want to write a novel here, but you get the point. PASS!

To be honest Ive been wearing Contacts since I5, Im 35 now so go figure 20 years of a lot of eye exams.... by far... the best one yet.... for some reason Pearl Vision couldnt get my real prescription..... Lens crafters had no problem... I have a bad stigmatism so its harder for me to order contacts... Had no problem at Lens Crafters.... staff was real cool... the Doctor fitted me with perfect glasses.... Im Very Happy... will recommend to everyone....

I spent the last six hours driving into town. I get to the hotel look down at my phone and my contact falls out. I cant find it and my glasses are at home. I called this LenseCrafters and the looked up my script and immediately got me a trial pair. Awesome customer service and very polite and friendly staff. These guys are great. Thanks again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The saleswoman was rude, annoying, and told me how awful I looked in every pair of glasses I tried on. She actually told me not to bother looking at any more glasses, that there was "nothing here for you." I cant believe what a piece of garbage they made me feel like.

Everything was fine until I found out one of my insurance was close and I tried to use another but LensCrafters didnt accept Davis plan, as a emergency first responser, this didnt sit well with me but Im ok with it. You lost a customer, Ill take my business to your competitor.

Excellent service. Receptionist was extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly. Optometrist (Sarah) was also extremely helpful. ALL the staff was courteous. They made me feel very comfortable when I entered and left. Recommend this to everyone!
