Talk about the bare minimum. Expect ZERO customer service. While the optometrist and tech were absolutely great, getting the glasses was awful. They called ONCE and my voicemail was full. ZERO text messages, even though it was stated that it was a cell phone. And while Ive gotten MANY emails from them regarding appointments reminders and surveys, they sent ZERO emails regarding my glasses being ready. I even get offers from Target Optical in the MAIL and got no mail that the glasses were ready. I approached the person on the phone in a pleasant, inquiring manner. That person explicitly said they would only call the single time and that was it. There was absolutely no sort of apology. Not even a "Im so sorry, but thats our policy" kind of statement, just a bald, in-your-face "We will only call a single time." Period. When, in disbelief, I clarified that a SINGLE phone call was all they would do, she mentioned as an afterthought that after about a month theyd try to call again. Since it was a month to the day since they made their single, lame attempt at contact, I cant really vouch for that. Wow. Going elsewhere.

I will never return to this specific target optical again! As the doctor was incredible I cannot say that same for the assistants and customer service reps in the store. They were so degrading and disrespectful. I was appauled by the service I recieved from them that I was willing to go to another doctor and pay for an exam out of pocket to not go there again! I will NEVER return and NEVER recommend this target optical to ANYONE!

Dr. Ranjbar was excellent in her professionalism and thorough in her assessment. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend her!
