I have no complaint about the quality of care my child initially received, my main complaint is the same as the other review on this site. After my childs initial visit, it was determined that he needed extensive work under sedation. The earliest appointment we could make was about a month out. We made the appoint but right before the date, my child got sick and the anesthesiologist recommended we wait till he got better. I called smile pediatric dentistry and they told me the next available appt was in June. Apparently Dr Choi was taking a 2 month break. My child was not in any discomfort and not wanting to change I booked an appt in June. When June came, I called the office and they told me that I never made the appt (at first I thought this was my mistake but after reading the other review sounds like they have record keeping issues). I ask when the next available appt is and they tell me not until Sept/Oct...wow incredulous. Im actually glad this happened b/c Im really questioning the quality of care my child would have received here. I dont write too many reviews but felt I needed to share. Unfortunately there is a real lack reviews in the medical profession while its so important. We found another dentist in the area that was great also almost 50% less expensive. Please do your due diligence before going to this place.

The staff is unprofessional. The dental office urgency for extensive work is lacking. I have not received any paperwork in regards to the treatment plan although I was told it would be emailed. I just moved here and had to find a new pediatric dentist for my children. My 15 year old son has never had a single cavity and has never been to this particular dental office due to him being older. My 5 year old daughter has been here 3 times over the course of 1.5 year. I was just told during last appointment that my daughter needed 2 root canals, 2 Crowns and 8 fillings. The other two appointments were great! My question is how did all this happen in a matter of months?! I do not trust the dentist ability to treat my child and will NEVER return. In addition to them not emailing me the treatment plan they have not called once to even follow up as promised and its been 3 weeks. Ugh!! Some dental offices just dont have the concept of patient care down. I would not reccommend this office, very disappointing!

I was very nervous for my daughter to go to the dentist for the first time after all the terrible horror stories i have read and heard about. I am so happy we found this place. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The drs are very friendly and give me so much information. They can tell i am always so nervous but are so reassuring. My daughter came when she was 3 and has had to have a mini root canal and 2 fillings. She didnt cry once! they give them so much attention and have so many distractions it makes it a fun enviroment. This will remain my daughters dentist! I highly recommend!

Very rude staff. Watch out the message from them after 6pm on Friday.... I was told if I dont call back before 9am on Saturday, they will go ahead cancel my kids Monday appointment and it happened. Their staff works on Sunday night to cancel appointments. Staff said she was nice enough to put us on a waiting list. Very odd experience... Already find a new Dentist. Bye... A Smile Pediatric Dentist... Never again..... I have to give a star to publish this review.... if it is up to me.... there will be no star.

Hate the unprofessional attitude and procedures of the front desk- No follow up on next appointments, have to call them several times to schedule one, when we try to release the documents/Xrays then they lie that they are sending which never happened, when called after a week then they send release documents to sign blah blah. I wont recommend anyone to go to this facility and waste your time.....

Had been here 5 times and great experiences. Very caring doctor willing to spend time with my son and friendly front desk. The cleanings are done by the doctor herself which I appreciate very much. Nolly as the office manager is very keen in answering questions and help out on the schedule. Assistant Jessica is really good with kids, big smiles and very pleasant to chat with.

My 5yro son has been going to Dr Su for 3 yrs and we have never had a problem. She had to pull 2 teeth and he didnt know she did it until it was over. He thought she only put water in his mouth. She is great! The front office is always really nice and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them! We moved to the other side of town but its worth the travel time!

We took our boys yesterday for their dental check up and had a great experience. Over all staff was great, helping us understand our insurance plan and Dr. Choi was great with the kids, she explain to us what our childrens needs and answered all our questions and concerns. Great office, our kids dentist from now on!

Great kids dentist taking pride in her work. Caring and willing to spend needed time on the kid. My son loves the place and his other dental specialist highly praised the work done at this office. That meant quite a bit to me. The front office is very helpful and get back on things fast.

the dentist i go to is A smile pediatric dentistry. in my life i had been to about 5 dentists looking for the best one. this one by far is the best. i mean they have apple tv! what kid dosnt love apple shaped tv. also the dentist are extremely nice and comforting all the wy through
