I travel a lot, but I always wait till I come back to Dallas to do dental work because I always have a great experience going to NTDA. It is strange to connect a dentist with a pleasant experience, but it truly is. There is no anxiety because I know they will be friendly and make the process as easy as possible. I never feel any pain. In fact I normally can barely tell which tooth is being worked on. I just had an extended session (to save time instead of going for several visits) and I couldnt feel a thing the whole time. I was so comfortable that my mind even wandered to other things I had to do today. They give great advice on preventive care and the front desk will work with you regarding charges so that payments can coincide with your paychecks. They work with your insurance to get as much covered as possible as well. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend you give them a try.

I recently became a patient with this office and I am extremely impressed. From the front desk to the back office staff and Dentists they are ALL wonderful! I love that the minute you hit the front door, you feel like family and they are smiling and offering a water and snack! While in the chair, Tiffany the assistant and Dr. Usherenko were AMAZING!! Dr. U is very precise with her exam and goes over everything with you in a manner that you understand and makes sure she answers any questions you may have. I am blessed to have found a new dental home and look forward to meeting the other two dentists as well. I love the fact that they have extended hours and Saturday appointments and other dentists in the office in case Dr. U is off or out of the office if I have an emergency!! Thank you North Texas Dental Associates for making my experience a great one!

Well, it has been too long for me and I found this dental office on Google... I was very nervous and concerned but this place just opened they hearts and arms and made me feel right at home. My Dr. and Tiffany were the best team, working together and talking to me to let me know all was going well. I had an appointment scheduled with another dentist, but after leaving North Texas Dental a message about my issue, they called back and were so very calm and understanding. That call encouraged me to cancel the other appointment and go to North Texas Dental - Im so glad I did. Thank you North Texas Dental!!!!!!!!!!!! They have made me feel much better about something most of us dont like doing. I plan to make this my dentist and you should consider giving them a try.

Ive been going to this practice since I moved to Plano in 1996. I think that says a lot. Ive only had about three dental hygienists in all that time with the latest, Kathryn, having been there more than six years. The first thing I see every time I arrive are the big smiles from the friendly folks in the front desk, Brenda and Julie. This medical practice has the best on time rate as they almost instantly bring me in. They apologized for making me wait once, which wasnt long -- about as long as the average doctors office keeps you waiting. Its a warm, friendly practice that will make you feel right at home. And of course, they get my teeth noticeably whiter than before I entered the office.

I truly believe you could not find a better dentist than Dr. Hillstrom and the people he surrounds himself with are as good as it gets. Cant say going to the dentist is one of my favorite things to do but when its with Dr. H & company its never something to fear. All the people know how to do their jobs and do them well. Along with great care for my dental health I have to say something about the atmosphere in the office. Everyone is friendly, helpful and concerned about my welfare and I never feel like I cant ask about or question any phase of my treatment. Anyone looking for a dentist would do well to check into this group...

I have had a lot of work done on my teeth in the past, from wisdom teeth being surgically removed, to pulling permanent teeth, to braces, and many cavity fillings. I have always associated dentists with pain, pain and more pain. But then I discovered Dr. Hillstrom and his wonderful team. They have a great atmosphere, everyone is professional and friendly, and the filling I got from Dr. Hillstrom was done so well that I didnt even hurt from the numbing shot! I actually look forward to going to the dentist each time... and thats a huge leap for me. Ill go to them as long as theyre in business, and I hope thats a long long time!

For my first visit, I was more than impressed with the staff and the office. Very clean and upscale office. The staff met all of my needs, made sure I was comfortable and was very knowledgeable in answering any questions that I presented them with. I even received a small gift as a token of their appreciation for choosing their practice for my dental needs. It was a great choice as I just recently located to the area and was looking for some what of the same level of service I received in Virginia. NTDA actually surpassed all of my expectations and I couldnt be more satisfied with choosing their practice for my dental needs.

Dr. Hillstrom was a wonderful choice when he took over the practice of Dr. Mulkey/ Dr. Browning. My family and I have been patients since the 80s. Dr. Hillstrom and his staff are truly one of a kind top notch for care and customer service. The décor of his office is soothing, bright and inviting as well. Friendly cheerful service with smiles is what they deliver and do best ! I would recommend anyone searching for a dental office to call his office for a wonderful experience. I hope to be under his care for many years to come ! Thanks to Dr. Hillstrom and his entire staff as well any staff behind the scenes.

Going to the dentist has never been fun and I had avoided it as much as possible. I never thought that I would have anything good to say about a dentist until I visited Dr. Hillstrom and his amazing team. From the first​ call to set up an appointment to the actual visit, the team was so friendly and professional. They put me at ease almost immediately. Dr. Hillstrom was great. He took the time to chat and get to know a bit about me before his examination and was friendly and happy to answer all my questions. I cant thank them enough for making my experience a positive one.

I have had a lot of dental work done by a lot dentists and Dr. Hillstrom is by far the most gentle of them all. He always explains what he is doing and asks along the way to make sure you’re doing ok. Besides being a great dentist you can trust, He is also a great guy with a good sense of humor. I feel like they really care unlike other places I have been. They provide the kindest service I could hope for. I drive past a lot of other dentist offices in McKinney and Allen that would be closer to home, but Dr. Hillstrom is worth the drive to Plano.
