I have never had a good experience here. Not only do you have to wait three hours after your appointed time just to be seen. But also they dont provide accurate diagnosis. Came in for ear ache, not hard to figure out. Look in, see whats going on, make an easy diagnosis and inform how to get better. Well, Amin must think its funny to treat his patients like their time is worthless. Told us to go home that they would have a diagnosis the next day. Next day came and we got a frantic call that we needed to come in right away. After waiting an hour we were told that it was nothing. Complete waste of time! Went to an ENT the next week, ears impacted with large amounts of dead skin attatching to my drum. Gave me cream and removed the skin. Screw this place. Go half a mile farther North on dixie, theres another primary care physician there that is actually helpful.

If there was an option for no stars...or negative stars I would have chosen it. Went in with herniated disc in my neck. Took 4 hours to be seen. Then was seen by a nurse practitioner (they have no doctors there) they gave me a prescription for medicine I couldnt take because I was already taking one of the same...only by a different name. Thank god I asked my pharmacist about it before I took it. They keep telling me they are going to schedule me appointments and never call back. Ive had to call them 7 times in the past 3 days just to ask about it. This place is a joke. Ive already called my insurance Co to change to another doctor.

Wish I could give No Stars. This place is horrible no matter what time you go. First time I waited 3 hours, then got scolded like a child for not knowing something. Then the second time I went waited 2 hours then walked out. If you want a nice doctor that is also fast dont go here. This place needs to be shut down. There excuse was the only have one doctor. Im sorry but thats not an excuse Learn how to do your job!!!

This place is a joke, the majority of their patients are medicaid and i assume they are used to telling them how it is going to be as choices are limited. They make you come in for things that should be refilled, and on top they scold you like a child when you ask questions or flat tell them you dont agree with doing what they want you to do. Find another doctor is my 2 cents for everyone, you wont regret it.

I was in excruciating pain and was super grumpy I wanted to leave but they told me to stay they would be right with me and they were they help me with referrals and pain meds till I could get an appointment they were very kind when I was not
