Do yourself a favor and find a doctor with a competent office staff. After a month of trying to get an electronic referral to a specialist, I had to go over and physically pick up the paperwork myself and deliver it to the specialists office. However, since Dr. Hockers staff never transmitted the referral to my insurance company, the referral was invalid. It has to be electronically transmitted to the insurance by the doctors office, and they dont seem capable of doing this. It might not have helped that on the referral form, my first and last name are both misspelled and some of my insurance info is in the wrong place on the form. When I pointed this out, they didnt care. At one point, the specialists office called Dr. Hockers office and was told that I had never been a patient there. I tried again two days ago for a referral through them and my insurance has not received it yet. Ill be finding another doctor. I recommend you do the same.

Horrible service, some of the nurses are very rude. Told me to call back next day to get lab results and it took over a week to get them back and when I called they were very very rude! Definitely switching doctors.

Rude rude staff!! Call g to make an apt causes you to be on hold for over 45 minutes!? They are so rude in general!

Dr. Hocker has been there for me over the last 30+ years. Ive been very fortunate to have him as my physician.
