Dr. Kate and Dr. James are wonderful! I found them during my pregnancy because they are certified to treat pregnant women and infants. I noticed an immediate difference in my back pain during pregnancy. Unfortunately, I had a long and difficult labor that was still not progressing after 26 hours, so my doula recommended that I call my chiropractor. I did and Dr. Kate came to my house to adjust me while in labor. It was like she flipped a switch! Within 10 minutes my contractions got much stronger and closer together. An hour after she arrived we were getting in the car to go to the hospital and my baby was born happy and healthy 4 hours later. I have never seen such convincing evidence of the benefits of chiropractic care. Needless to say I am incredibly thankful that Dr. Kate was there for me and able to come so quickly. She is the best! Again, unfortunately, I had several problems after the birth of my baby--a sprained tailbone from the delivery (which apparently happens in a small percentage of labors) and lots of difficulty and pain with breastfeeding. Dr. Kate came to the hospital to adjust my baby on her first day of life and I could tell an immediate difference in the way she was using her jaw during breastfeeding. She didnt cause any more damage after that! Dr. Kate was also incredibly helpful with my tailbone sprain, which took 3.5 months to heal. She gave me exercises to do at home and helped reassure me that it was normal for it to be a slow process of healing. Overall, I just feel that these two Doctors are incredibly thoughtful and helpful. They go out of their way to think of what more they can do to help you. They have emailed me articles and videos, and Dr. Kate even sent me a long email about other breastfeeding tips. They have been there for me through so many hard steps, always encouraging, understanding and flexible with scheduling if a last minute change comes up due to my babys unpredictable schedule. I cant recommend them more highly!

Scoliosis runs in my family. I dont have it but I have problems associated with the slight curvature in my spine. My teen daughter does. Although the scoliosis has stopped progressing, she complains about back pain especially now that she is walking to and from school. I took her to Expression Chiropractic (conveniently located across from my older daughters high school) to see if they could help. I was immediately impressed with the sense of calm and serenity upon entering the office. I filled out paperwork in the cozy waiting room and then my daughter was seen. We were educated about the spine and proper spine health. We even learned the proper way to wear back packs (not the way my daughter was wearing hers). I watched as my daughter was given an exam and gentle adjustment. She felt better right away. I continued the level of care recommended and her back pain went away. Personally, Ive never been fan of chiropractic as Ive had a difficult time with the sounds of adjustments. Ive had neck and back pain for so long the thought of manipulation feels scary. But after watching how gentle the adjustments with my daughter was, I decided I needed to see Dr. James for help. I am currently under Dr. James care and am receiving pain relief after each visit. I actually look forward to my weekly appointment. We have a plan for a series of visits then an exam to check progress. Im grateful Expression Chiropractic was able to help my daughter gently and quickly and remain hopeful Ill have similar results as well. I highly recommend Dr. James for anyone especially for those, like me, who are nervous about adjustments. Dr. James is knowledgeable, professional, and has a gentle touch. Just started seeing Dr. Kate and Dr. James for accident-related back pain, and so far, I love them and I love this practice! Dr. James spent a lot of time explaining my "situation" and the best course of action to get me back to a good place. Each time after I leave, I feel great. I am very optimistic after seeing them for 3 weeks now. Friendly, calming atmosphere and excellent at answering all my questions (I always have tons of questions). I plan to see them until my pain is gone, so I will be sure to update my review once I have completed their care plan. I am also planning on bringing my son in to see them. Two thumbs up thus far!

Ive been having issues with my neck and lower back for months. After just one adjustment with Dr. Duga, Im already feeling 100% better than I was, have better mobility, and cant wait to continue the journey towards a healthier me! I especially enjoyed the time he took to really explain everything, which made my 14yr old daughter much more comfortable with the process. She is an athlete and has been having some issues as well. I truly believe that Dr. Duga and his team will keep her performing at the highest level. Thanks Dr. Duga!!

Our youngest child suffered from chronic respiratory infections for the first ten months of his life and doctor visits were too frequent. Each adjustment feels like it is tailored to my body and what it is going through at the time. Once Adjusted, I feel my more completely like I am whole again. Dr. James has given me relief from pain that no one else has been able to (and ive seen a lot of people who did a lot of different varieties of modalities) and its not even because his work is harder on me, his work is actually easier and simpler on the patient than most I have encountered. I would recommend him to anyone suffering from chronic pain or musculo-skeletal, especially in the neck.
